today my wife and i visited Dreams at…
today my wife and i visited Dreams at maidstone. spending all most 2 hours looking at bed bases and mattresses. we were assisted by CLIFF. he was so helpfull in expaining about ths base units and the many types of mattresses, and the types of pillows that would compliment the bed. cliff invited us to use the simulator and from that discussed the type of bed we should have.
we then went through the paperwork over a drink, and completed the purchase.
we left the store feeling confident we had made the right decision.

The shop staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. The 2 people who installed the bed were efficient, arrived on time and installed the bed within 30 minutes.

Me and my partner were greeted by a lady in the Maidstone store by the name of joanna ,she was such a great help, very friendly and gave great advice about the mattress we purchased for our daughter.

Great service from Dreams Maidstone
A real pleasurable experience to acquire our new matress. It's not something that one does regularly, so it has to be done right. We received fiendly, polite and reassuring service from Natalie. She clearly understood the products in the store and provided great assistance in helping to reach our end decision. We were particularly impressed with the sleep match products.

Poor service, warranty not covered and mattress failed after 2 years.

Want to say a massive thank you to Joanna, was really kind and friendly when we walked into the shop othered us hot or cold drinks, she helped out with us making a decision on our bed and gave us ideas that where in our price range.

I specifically would like to thank Mason at the Maidstone branch of Dreams who was a very polite and charming lad, who did indeed help us find our dream mattress. He did everything right and went out of his way to help us and make everything easy for us, showed great knowledge despite being new to the job and just generally was brilliant at what he did. Thank you! We've had our mattress for a few weeks now and are sleeping amazingly, I am so glad we came to Dreams and didn't buy a random mattress that we saw advertised on TV.
