Had a really bad experience with dreams … I borough a (TheraPur ActiGel Mattress in 2022 and paid over 2000 for it … when it arrived it was rock hard and very uncomfortable… called dreams who assured us that it would soften over time … but it never did… used there sleep machine who suggested this bed for us with our medical issues ( husband disk problems and myself fibromyalgia and menopause) so we trusted that it was going to be good to be matched professionally …. Its worst then we could ever imagine …. As a woman or age and going through peri menopause.. the gel in the bed actually heats instead of cools and the bed becomes unbearably hot … my husband refuses to sleep in it as it’s so uncomfortable…. I’ve had two inspections( arranged by dreams ) and both times they have deemed the mattress it to be of ok standard and both inspections only testing the bed for less then 10 mins ( taking measurements but not lying down and listening to my complaints ) so couldn’t get a decent review in that short of time in my opinion …. I will never use dreams again after the lack of customer services we have received …. I tried to add a review directly into dreams website but review was not accepted so I’m sure they block negative feedback and that’s how they keep such a high rating …. I’m 2 grand down and don’t have the money to replace it so stuck with constant bad nights sleep or nights on the sofa cause it’s cooler and more comfortable … please don’t be conned by their dream machine … it’s not thinking of you and your sleep quality … more or a sales tool to sell the higher value mattresses that don’t sell easy in the shop ….. please be aware and don’t get fooled like we did

Great bed and amazing mattress. Building the bed took some time

The bed I bought was well made strong, very sturdy, lovely material, wouldn’t buy a bed from anywhere else, the draws in the bed were also very well made.

Laud and other sales team were friendly and helpful in making the best choice within my budget, same as the delivery team, they were courteous.

Helpful staff in store and good range of options with time spent to ensure the correct purchase.

Delivery staff were lovely and friendly, gave advance warning of their arrival and set up efficiently.

This would be 5 stars but the bed has a couple of sharp staples left in it which can scratch when I open the drawers, and one was left on the floor which I could have stood on.

Great instore experience at the Charlton store - sales person knowledgeable and attentive. Bed delivered within scheduled timeframe and quickly assembled by the deliver crew. So far so good enjoying comfortable night sleep. Love the height, comfort and look of the bed. Loads of storage space. My only niggle is that it heavy to lift, which I guess is the weight of the mattress.

Very good value and very good quality products. 2 matresses and base at very good price.

We tried so many beds at the shop and the service was just great. We are very particular on the mattress despite not knowing much a part from feeling it but they were so patience with us and explain to us every type of mattress that we could possibly like until we found the best for us. They also explain to us finance arrangements that would meet our needs with a lovely chocolate. Delivery was quick and easy.

Good service

I was a little bit nervous as I have seen so many beds recently. In the Dreams shop at Charlton, Lonfon I received great advice and help selecting the perfect bed. Delivery was right on time and the guys built the bed in the room of my choice. Perfect! Oh, the free mattress protector, duvet and pillows was the icing on the cake.

Use of the Bed Master to find most suitable mattress

We where looking for a perfect mattress for us and Dreams is the response of our requirements.
After a lot of research we decided that Tempur Cool touch Sensation Luxe 30 SK Mattress is perfect for us. Because I am pregnant the most important thing is my sleep because is a hard period of time with a lot of changes.
We have a lot of precious information from our costumer adviser Charmy who is a kind and professional person, who helped us to choose the perfect mattress for our needs.
We can't wait for our mattress to be at home.

Love the experience at dreams charlton, was offered a hot drink, was given free pillows when we bought the tempa mattress, tried the sleep experience machine to see what mattress suited our body for a better night's sleep, was given free range to see all the beds and mattresses and everything was explained to us about the bed, delivery, assembly etc. . Very good store will defiantly come back for my kids beds next
