Punctual delivery. Friendly reminder from staff about initial treatment of mattress.

Very comfortable mattress but a bit pricey. You can get same or better quality for less money, but I can't complain, is a really good mattress.
Apart from that, the person who attend us was very professional and polite, and he got us a discount for the mattress which we appreciated it.

From showroom to delivery it was stress- free.

Had visited one other store before visiting g the Charlton Dreams store. We were looking for a high quality bed and we’re happy with the higher end dejection in store. I do not respond well to high pressure selling (as in pre ious store) so to be left to wander and after some time asked if we had any questions and we would we like a coffee was perfect service (for us). Grace looked after us and was super knowledgeable about the product and its construction and the general principles of good sleep and was able to answer all our questions and offer additional helpful advice. The transaction was also professional and supported by the friendly and helpful store manager. For us Grace was the perfect sales support for a big and important purchase. Thanks.

Salesperson (Nicholas) was very welcoming and knowledgeable. He explained my options to me and explained the Sleepmatch procedure which allowed me to find the right level of comfort from the mattress. I was given a drink whilst making my purchase and had a pleasant overall experience buying my new mattress and bed base.

Delivery came on time and I had the most pleasant and helpful assembly guys. Top notch bed and mattress.

Had a really bad experience with dreams … I borough a (TheraPur ActiGel Mattress in 2022 and paid over 2000 for it … when it arrived it was rock hard and very uncomfortable… called dreams who assured us that it would soften over time … but it never did… used there sleep machine who suggested this bed for us with our medical issues ( husband disk problems and myself fibromyalgia and menopause) so we trusted that it was going to be good to be matched professionally …. Its worst then we could ever imagine …. As a woman or age and going through peri menopause.. the gel in the bed actually heats instead of cools and the bed becomes unbearably hot … my husband refuses to sleep in it as it’s so uncomfortable…. I’ve had two inspections( arranged by dreams ) and both times they have deemed the mattress it to be of ok standard and both inspections only testing the bed for less then 10 mins ( taking measurements but not lying down and listening to my complaints ) so couldn’t get a decent review in that short of time in my opinion …. I will never use dreams again after the lack of customer services we have received …. I tried to add a review directly into dreams website but review was not accepted so I’m sure they block negative feedback and that’s how they keep such a high rating …. I’m 2 grand down and don’t have the money to replace it so stuck with constant bad nights sleep or nights on the sofa cause it’s cooler and more comfortable … please don’t be conned by their dream machine … it’s not thinking of you and your sleep quality … more or a sales tool to sell the higher value mattresses that don’t sell easy in the shop ….. please be aware and don’t get fooled like we did
