I rang customers to get a delivery update and was advised my items were in fact out of stock (despite being advertised as in stock at point of order) and would not be delivered until after Christmas
Days later they arrived on the 8th December, whilst I am pleased they arrived sooner than advised how can comms be so inaccurate, this meant I stood the carpenter down and now won’t get my doors fitted until after Christmas which is bitterly disappointing.
To compound matters when I enquired about the separate handles and back latch there was. I record on your system despite having paid for the items via a payment link, your representative then arranged despatch but had I not rung what would have happened? I was advised on th 9th they would arrive no later than today, am eagerly awaiting delivery but not honestly holding out much hope based on my experience so far

Order a door when it arrived it was wrong size. I got straight on to company , they say its my fault . I have been told i have to return it at my own expense . Not interested in exchanging it and helping out in anyway . I would not and i wont be ordering again from them as i need another 4 doors but will go elsewhere .

Cost my business money, awful quality doors!

Because of a misunderstanding on my partner I was not at home to receive the door. It was nevertheless delivered to my address and left in a safe place. Well done that delivery person!
The door and furniture have yet to be fitted but are exactly what I ordered.

Fab service delivered on the date they gave me delivery driver brilliant and covered up material for us highly recommend this company

Poor quality exterior door, that they have failed to replace. Delaminating. Keep saying in contact with supplier and completed forms about defect. Still no reply after constantly chasing for answers and a solution. Poor quality product and poor customer service. Be careful using this company

Doors, hinges and handles were for our house in Birmingham. The carpenter who fitted them for (a bit of a perfectionist) really rated them, good job.

Don't buy from them they are operating under multiple company names. I was unable to accept delivery missing items and damaged packaging. I rang them after waiting a long time for someone to speak to I cancelled the order and asked for a refund am still waiting days later. no-one is addressing the problem am going to have to resort to issuing a county court summons

My order was easy to place , I was kept informed every step of the way. Will definately use again and recommend to family and friends.

Bought 6 oak veneer internal doors. Good products for the price.
I wasn't expecting much for the free door furniture kits but pleasantly surprised at how good the quality of the handles and hinges were.
I gave 4 stars because the glazing bars on the Lincoln doors were not up to the quality of the rest of the door having knots and a some areas of grain discolouration.

Good quality doors. They could do with more lipping to help with non standard opening.

I can only give four stars rather than five as, having been given a day and time for delivery, it was actually delivered the prior day when I wasn’t home - the delivery driver, however redeemed this to a large extent by patiently waiting for me to respond to his phone calls stating he was at the property to deliver, unfortunately he wasn’t to know I’m deaf and cannot hear on phone, it was only when he texted that I was able to instruct him to take door to rear of property and leave in gated car port, which he was happy to do, and sent a picture showing door was safely positioned, which was good.
Other than delivery, I found the website easy and straightforward to order from, and contact with the company following placing order was always clear and concise.
