Excellent company . Great price. Great delivery. Would definitely recommend this company.

The timeframe for the delivery of the doors was not met which caused difficulties for the following jobs planned. The returns policy is extremely frustrating and unhelpful, no exchange is accepted, no collection is arranged leaving it to the customer to follow a lengthy and costly process to resolve. All I needed to do was to exchange one door as the wrong size was ordered, on delivery of the correct door they would not collect the door to be returned. The cost to return one door is prohibitive. Caution, do not order any wrong sized doors as it is made nearly impossible to return or exchange.

Website was easy to navigate and I quickly found what I wanted. I bought just a single part glazed door for my kitchen at a price I thought was very good. It was delivered within 5 days by a driver who brought it into the house for me. My carpenter has fitted it today and said it was good quality. It looks great and I'm really happy with it.

I cannot fault the quality of the product, however, the cost of delivery is extortionate, I understand that fuel prices have increased but I could almost get a full tank of fuel for the cost of this delivery, given that there were 4 deliveries previous to mine I believe a certain amount of profiteering is being made out of the current situation in the Middle East.
That said the delivery process was very efficient.

Very efficient from order to delivery. Also with the door came free handles/latch/hinges + screws. This was a real bonus as we could ignore the old fittings. I have to say overall assessment of our experience could not have been better.

Great website and range. Very clear and simple to order. Excellent that you get hinges and handles included. Very good communication throughout. The two delivery people were very courteous and careful with the doors and my property. I was recommended to this company and would also recommend. Ordered prefinished doors and they look good

We had been looking for some replacement doors and when I saw these on line decided to purchase 4 they looked great on the website and there were so many different designs to choose from. They even throw in a hinge pack and handles for free. They were delivered this morning and I can't wait to get them hung they look amazing Im certainly not disappointed. Thanks to Shaun for a prompt delivery and putting them safely in our garage.

There was a unreasonable delay from placing the order to actually getting the doors - placed on 03/08, and delivered 10 days later 13/08. Engaging with them was challenging as on a couple of occasions they failed to call back having promised to look at an expected delivery date. In reality I am not confident that they actually hold the stock in "their Sheffield warehouse" and are reliant on their suppliers with this in mind and the fact that the manufacturer delivered directly. Despite the doors being ordered at the same time, the colour on the finished doors have considerable variation a couple of which are on the high scale of red for oak. Based on my experience I would not likely buy from here again.

4 so far... everything's perfect so far, my delivery was 15 mins after the start of the morning time slot, delivery guy was curtious, smart and helpful; also brought doors inside for me which I wasn't expecting. The doors look excellent, handles are lovely. Just cant give 5 as not used product yet as not fitting for a few weeks but so far excellent company

I haven't been informed about the delivery at all. Came back from work door was already by my door step.
