The engineer arrived on time, was friendly, polite and explained everything relating to the problem with my boiler. As promised I received a written report later that day. When I contacted the Head Office they were also helpful and efficient.

The booking was originally made for a Friday but I got a call saying an engineer was available on Wednesday, two days earlier, fantastic as we had no hot water. Wonderful service
