This review is for the sales process as I have just taken out cover. I dealt with George, who was incredibly helpful and talked me through the various options. He gave me the space to consider my choices so I wasn't rushed into a decision.
George was a true professional—approachable and authentic at the same time. On top of that, the price was lower than quoted on the site, so it really is worth engaging with them.
All calls were arranged at times around me and every commitment was met without fail. A great experience to date, and a big shoutout to George for being so helpful

The engineer arrived on time, was friendly, polite and explained everything relating to the problem with my boiler. As promised I received a written report later that day. When I contacted the Head Office they were also helpful and efficient.
