One small clarification, just so you know what you hold: our plans are breakdown cover — a warranty-style service plan rather than an insurance policy. It works much as you'd expect in covering repairs, but the distinction is worth knowing, and we're always happy to talk through your plan documents.

Not repaired!
Was told it had no fault and that the problem was the fuse rating in the fuse board was too low! 32 Amp is the correct fuse rating for a ring main cicuit!
Absolute nonsense.
Why after 2 years would the machine cut out, the fuse hasn’t changed!

Thank you for your feedback, and I'm sorry you've been left unhappy with the outcome of the visit. I can understand your frustration at being told no fault was found, particularly when the machine has clearly been cutting out.
I can see from the engineer's notes that he advised contacting us should the fault reoccur, and that offer very much stands.
Intermittent faults can be difficult to identify when the appliance tests correctly on the day, which is precisely why we ask customers to come back to us the moment it happens again — we can then look at it afresh, with the benefit of the previous visit's findings.
If the machine has cut out since, please do get in touch quoting your policy or claim details. We'll have the engineer's report and the point raised about the supply reviewed, and arrange a further visit.

Very good service and advice
The booking service is easy and you get notifications for when the engineer is expected. Our engineer was the same as last year, a really nice man who was clearly very knowledgeable about the type of boiler we have.
It would be nice to get a service report though.
