Dolphin were sent out by domestic and…
Dolphin were sent out by domestic and general to repair my washing machine. The “engineer” claimed it needed shock absorbers which he spent 2 minutes fitting then left without testing the machine. When I ran the machine next the machine literally destroyed itself with the weight or ballast inside being smashed up as the machine was banging across my utility room. Water then proceeded to pour from under the machine. I do not like to think what would have happened if I had put the machine on and left the house. I did call Dolphin after to report the engineer as I do not feel he should be “repairing” machines without further training. I can provide a video of the machine if required.

Fantastic service
When I booked in I was told to wait between 9-5 which is generally quite inconvenient however the engineer Jermaine arrived by 9am with a call before hand to let me know a slimmer time frame. He resolved the issue and informed me of a planning case I have any more issues. Very prompt, very helpful and very fast. Greatly appreciated. (Reference- 110884)

Customer service is a joke
Was redirected for a repair to my dishwasher from an insurance from Domestic and General for a Beko Machine. They rang to say despite me booking a date they were not in my area on that day and rebooked for the 22nd. Then they rang to say no point coming on the 22nd cos they still needed to order a part, so rebooked for the 28th . Today having missed the 6am to 9 am slot I had been advised that engineer would be with me I rang at 11 be told they don't start work till 8.30am and he was on way. Later I get a call from the engineer because he has no address for me, and he gets here to tell me he has no parts, his sheet says no parts needed and whats more no parts have been ordered. I ring them again to be told they will order a part ( where have I heard that before ) and have provisionally booked for the 5th of next month but might cancel if no part has been received...
There seems to be no sense of urgency , no communication, and no apology for the catalogue of errors that leave me the best part of a month without a dishwasher and I have zero faith they will come on the 5th and if they do if the engineer will actually finally have the parts to fix the machine.

He was the same person who came the first time, quickly identified the problem, and then returned the second time with the necessary parts to fix the freezer efficiently. Called to fix our tumble dryer
Called to fix our tumble dryer, company, company came out for inspection and found problem ordered parts and was supposed to come back to fix it quick, company sent out wrong engineer who didnt have th parts to fix it, then said 2 times they tried to come and no one was in but there was both times, engineer gets here third time round fixes it but leaves a mess and old parts all over the place, not happy

Andy H the engineer from Dolphin who came to repair the faulty left oven in our, new, Smeg range cooker was excellent. He identified the issue very quickly ordered the necessary replacement part and came back a few days later to fit it and the cooker is all working great now. What an absolutely wonderful guy Andy H the Dolphin Engineer is who came to repair our new Smeg Range Cooker (the left oven wasn’t working properly). On his first visit he identified what the problem was very quickly (a small broken component) and quickly arranged order of a replacement which he then came back to fit today to resolve the issue😀. Andy is such a friendly and polite guy and treated our home very respectfully. Dolphin management, he is an absolute credit to your company. What a guy 🙏🏻
