From a person who knew nothing about computers this was an amazing experience. Both purchase and customer support have been nothing but kind and professional. From helping choose the right specs to getting support troubleshooting on a weekend. Digital Storm is a dream come true for people who don’t have the time or skill to build their own PC. This is a 100% deserved 5 stars.

From start to finish, DS keeps the customer involved. Even to the point where they reached out with a lower priced spec in that it will perform better for the build/desire outlaid in the original order. And they were willing to work with the refund on the change. This shows that performance and build is the most important criteria, not the bottom $. That the craft is what drives the motivation. I have referred several customers, and since they have also referred, all with the same experiences. Remember, the loudest are the most negative. There are 1000s of people very happy who don't take the time to review. DS is worth every penny and definitely worth the time for your specific build.

got my pc like on Thursday and let me tell you i absolutely love it, from packaging to assembled parts to customer service like literally everything 😆. Well i dont know the names of those who built it and packaged and everything else but i would just like to thank them, and especially the guy from customer service, he has helped me with everything since i contacted at customer service so big shoutout for that, 100/10. And 50/10 for everything else😁. 😂

I have purchased 2 custom desktop computers and 1 custom laptop from Digital Storm over the last 6 years. I like building my own custom devices that provide the components I need and want for the tasks I am doing. One of the desktops was a computer for my son and his family. I know that the components I chose are quality products which will perform and hold up over time. All of these devices are functioning well. I have occasionally used their tech support which was timely and helpful. For custom building, the website had many options to pick from for the devices I wanted to build. I would recommend Digital Storm for quality custom computer devices specific to your needs.

My PC worked excellently right out of the box. It shipped intact and everything has been working great. It made the experience of finding a PC very seamless and easy. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a fresh build.

I'm a second generation Digital Storm buyer. Two of my kids have purchased from Digital Storm. They both had great experiences and loved their purchases. They recommended Digital Storm to me. So I purchased my computer from them too. I loved how they kept me informed of every step of my computer build. Also my new computer is great. I would definitely recommend Digital Storm to anyone.

I've bought two gaming pcs from Digital Storm. The first one is more than a decade old now (2014) and still running fine. The fans are getting a little noisy but for being 11 years old that's acceptable. The new one worked great right out of the box and has had no issues. I'm an over-planning type of person and spent literally years checking every different PC building site and pricing out parts. The only other site that came close to offering what Digital Storm did for the price was CLX using Costco Next... but they won't ship to CA. I shopped around and couldn't find any other site worth switching to, so I bought from Digital Storm again and the PC works great. Start with Digital Storm and then shop around and see if you can beat it... my guess is that you won't be able to. I haven't had to use their warranty services since the computers have worked great so far but it's nice to know that it comes with a better warranty to other sites also.

Product is top notch as expected. Customer support went above and beyond in working with me around business travel to get my pc.

Awesome ordering and follow up from the account team. They applied some discounts that I was not sure how to select and made unsure the config was what I wanted. While the total build time may seem long, I would rather they take the time to get it right. The shipping was great, on time and the computer was in great shape. Build quality was awesome! Over it was THE best computer buying experience.

They kept me informed of progress as the machines were built and tested. They shipped when they said they would. The machine arrived as ordered and fired right up - no issues. When I needed support - because I had screwed up - I got a real person, and without waiting with awful hold music. And the machines are faster than stink. I liked my experience with the first machine so much, I bought another one for my wife.

I ordered my PC and loved it. I needed help with small issues and help was offered in an extremely timely fashion and with a smile.

This is my 3rd Digital Storm desktop PC. All of them have been great machines, but I continue to purchase from DS because the customer service has been as good as any company I've ever worked with. From helping with the design/build, to troubleshooting issues as the PCs get old, Digital Storm employees have been great to work with. Highly recommend!

We have ordered 2 computers from digital storm. I knew a second computer from them was worth it with our experience from our first computer. They take the time to help work out any issues and suggest parts to help the computer run better. They guide you through installation and help format everything. They give you a few days to use the computer and call back to see how it’s going. As a mother who does not understand gaming computers, they talked to my son and listened to his concerns and helped him fix his computer.

A little burned, but ultimately okay with the experience. The service was good, but the up-sale potential didn't save me.

I made the realization I must have ordered the 5060 Ti 8gb rather than the 16gb. :/

Delivery and packaging were top notch.

The computer was delivered in pristine condition, the foam on the inside was easy to remove. I got the whole thing set up in like 20 minutes and the computer runs like a dream. There was a little kit included with different screws and washers for future upgrades that I greatly appreciate. All in all a great computer buying experience worth every penny.

Well I ain't very smart when it comes to a computer, ram, memory, cpu, GPU graphics card or any of that. When I called and talked to a digital storm representative he asked what I was going to be doing. And I told him I will be working with DaVinci Resolve. Well he went over what I needed for that software. We talked several times until I thought everything was good, and I placed my order. Well I received my laptop and I am more than pleased with how it performs. It handles DaVinci Resolve like a big kid with a twinkie. So with that being said, I am very happy with the performance of my laptop and I give an A+ to the representative. Thanks Digital Storm, I will come back if I need a new computer.
