The quality of the build and the customer service was top notch

Digital Storm has been one of my best PC purchase experiences! I've been through it all over the years, from buying name-brand PCs to building my own. The issue has always been how to get the PC you want, configured with the specific hardware you want, and have it backed by a great warranty and service. Most system builders limit your choices or build the same configurations in volume, which limits the build and hardware components you want for your needs. I'm super pleased with my Corsa (that's the model). I built it for Photoshop work, not for games. It's fast, reliable, and has the build and parts configuration I wanted. The configuration and purchasing assistance were tops, and the shipping and post-installation support were great. I've owned my Corsa for several months now, and I've only had to contact support once - my fault, my second monitor had a power problem, nothing to do with the Corsa.

It was easy to customize my PC. I was able to use my preferred payment method, which I'm sure is convenient for many. My only reason for a 4-star rating is that, after some use, the AIO tubes became noticeably loud, even concerning. The pump noise was also a concern, and I believe this could be easily addressed with current technology. Aside from that, the PC performs exceptionally well.

The PC is amazing - exactly what I asked for. The only thing I'd ask is for it to be built faster and not have such a high delivery fee but I know that, given every item is custom, it takes more time so I was willing to wait.

I work with motion graphics and video editing, so a PC with speed and power were a must. I've been incredibly pleased that I am not slowed down waiting for 4k renders, and I'm proactively able to edit between multiple software's without any quality dipping.

I've bought two machines from Digital Storm (one in 2023 and one in 2025), and both have worked flawlessly. Great build quality and style. Will buy from them again.

I spec'ed the system, was kept informed of the build process, received it on schedule. It has operated beautifully since then. I had a small performance problem which support was able to help me tune the BIOS. This was on me, because I didn't ask them to tune the system for gaming during the build. I do flight sim, and this system is fantastic.

Had an amazing time setting up my order and deciding on what I wanted. The only thing is with the entire experience that if you aren't aware of what all the components and numbers mean and do then you're going to have to do your own research. The site is definitely set up more for people who have done this before. But aside from that everything of the order process was great.

I was able to configure the machine, processors and storage I needed. Digital Storm Storm does an excellent job communicating the status of the order as the machine is assembled, configured and stress tested and then shipped. I have not experienced any problems and am very pleased with the performance.

This is my second computer I've ordered from Digital Storm. Super easy experience, very reliable, and I knew immediately I had a great computer on the way.

We typically build PCs in our household, and both times I've ordered from Digital Storm were when we had an issue with a build and wanted a replacement fast while we figured out the build.

I know I can always trust this company to have great quality and reliable service. The computer I get from your team winds up becoming my main personal gaming PC and then the one we just built ourselves will become the main 'family' PC in our living room.

I don't order often because the PC is such a great quality that my last one lasted me 10 years. I really do appreciate how well done it is, the instructions are easy, manual and all other extra components are still included if I need them, etc.

I love my Digital Storm Velox! I have gotten three computers from Digital Storm. The first lasted 8 years. I got a new one and then as my streaming and modding took off, upgraded to my current rig. My daughter was extremely happy to claim my last computer which still works perfectly. I am a verified creator for Bethesda and a Twitch and Youtube streamer. My velox handles everything I throw at it. I run Starfield, the creation kit, OBS, and stream on two platforms with no problems - often with over 145 fps. Seems to me that is the ultimate test for any user!

I decided to purchase from Digital Storm due to a recommendation from another customer. The process of choosing everything was so simple and thoroughly explained in each step. The system came in much quicker than expected and my PC has been phenomenal with no issues since. My games run beautifully and although I won’t need to purchase another computer for a very long time, I would return to purchase from Digital Storm again.

Excellent customer service. This is my second purchase of Digital Storm desktop computer. My first purchase lasted 13 years and was still running without issues, except going from a Windows 7, to Windows 10 and Windows 11 no longer being compatible. I was helped with the transition to Windows 10, with customer service helping me for over 8 hours. This was not due to the computer, but my old SSD was not compatible with Windows 10.
I am super happy with my new Velox. Such a quiet machine and very fast. I will continue to be a loyal customer. I have only experienced this great level of quality service from Digital Storm.

Beyond the computers, the service from the team at Digital Storm is second to none. They are always willing to help with issues but also answer general PC related questions. When my machine was well out of warranty, their team spent time walking me through the pros and cons of different newer PCs I was considering. Will be a lifelong customer!

There was clear communication through email all the way through the process about the stage of my pc build. The stated ship date was as expected and the build quality of my pc was flawless.

My experience so far with Digital Storm has been incredible. Even with the my old system being down Scott has taken the time to help us out with our system. We ended up buying another Digital Storm PC. This is our 3rd system. Love this company
