AWFUL ZERO AFTERCARE
Sofa was sold as modular sofa however delivered as a two seater plus one piece. Two seater would not fit into our lounge and we have a brand new house, wheelchair accessible hallway wider than a standard house. Delivery guys advised customers had to have lounge window removed last week to enable delivery of same sofa!!
Called the store advised to email customer service which we did straightaway. Nothing back from this company so far! We are left one week before Xmas sitting on the floor.
Called the store today to be told we can use a company called Sofa Assist at our own expense! I don't think so! Still waiting on either a resolution - three modular pieces as advised or full refund. We have been waiting since October for this order.
AVOID this company at all costs

I came into the showroom earlier this week and was attended by Bailey, his charisma and honesty made me feel more welcome than the typical sofa shops (dfs,sofology, etc) we was really impressed with his knowledge on the products and detail of information. He allowed us to look around without being man marked like you are in other shops then spoke about what we wanted and he shared his thoughts and ideas. We was able to then find the sofa we wanted, really helpful and impressed with how genuine he came across

Great company to deal with from initial visit to their showroom and throughout the ordering process. Considered and practical advise provided to ensure we selected the absolute best configuration of Sofas for our needs.

We were given a range of 6-8 weeks lead time for delivery, and they arrived exactly 6 weeks to the day from date of order.

The communication regarding delivery was brilliant and the delivery guys were fantastic and extremely helpful in setting everything up perfectly.

Highly recommended.

The whole process was a 5/5! Steve could not have been more helpful, the delivery process was perfect and the quality of the Bontempi furniture was outstanding! I have no qualms in recommending Denelli. Thank you all at Denelli.

More than 5 months after taking possession of over £13k of Ashleigh furniture we still cannot use the recliners because the fix that Denelli need to apply has still not happened despite promises and a waste of time visit to our home 6 weeks ago when they finally brought parts, but wrongly manufactured ones. They said new parts would be despatched within 4-5 weeks but we've heard nothing since, though delays and poor communication have been a running theme. As soon as we highlighted on delivery day that the recliners catch on the carpet, causing juddering, Denelli said that it is a common issue, but we don't even have a thick carpet. Their visiting technician said that on the furniture we have, even 1cm of carpet depth would cause the problem.
Very disappointed with Denelli.

Edit based on Denelli response below: Our carpet is not 'very, very thick' - that is a complete lie. Even your own technician stated that just 1cm of carpet depth would cause problems with that particular furniture.

Bailey was very helpful, polite and efficient. The showroom had a good display of the various products.

Fantastic customer service. The guys there are very friendly and helpful, in particular Bailey, he couldn't have been more helpful and enthusiastic. We have previously purchased a savannah sofa for our kitchen, it is the most comfortable sofa we have had and still looks brand new today. We have recently returned to purchased the same sofa but in a different finish for our lounge. I have not doubt that we will be equally as happy with the new one.

Denelli is incredible!

The whole experience from ordering our sofa and bedframe to their delivery has been totally professional, stress free and wholly excellent. Steve is an excellent person to deal with and provided recommendations based on our specific requirements . The delivery team were very polite and took the time to help us move the furniture around to ensure they were where we wanted them - certainly not a drop and go outfit. Everything was cleaned away prior to their leaving. Although Denelli’s furniture is not by any means the cheapest, the service and attentiveness by all involved make it a worthwhile investment!

I visited the Denelli showroom twice and was assisted both times by Bailey - very knowledgeable and helpful. The choice was a little overwhelming, but we were assisted and dealt with with courtesy and efficiency. Would highly recommend, and ask for Bailey for assistance.

Very good collection of sofas which stands out from the rest. I was very happy with the level of service provided by Vejay at the shop. He really spent a lot of time understanding what I needed and I’m very happy with sofa once it arrived. Overall, very good experience and I would strongly recommend Denelli if you are looking for that wow factor !

The furniture is great quality - as expected; but the best thing was that the delivery and installation team were super careful and competent.

Denelli have been my fav store for over 10 years. The prices are higher than your average high street store, but the quality of the items speak for themselves. Its far superior and the designs are a cut above the rest. I've now purchased 3 sofa sets (for different rooms) a beautiful dinning table and i can honestly say the service is brilliant. I've always managed to speak to Steve (the manager I believe) and he's always been so efficient and helpful. I really cant fault their service.
Have just purchased The Mel Sofa and I absolutely love it. Am smiling each time i walk into that room!

A welcoming and friendly service from Bailey at the showroom without being pushy at all (and great with some bored kids there too!). Enthusiastic and knowledgeable and has been excellent when ordering subsequently after the visit. Couldn’t recommend highly enough

Nice sofa at a very reasonable price.

Sofa was delivered but the driver did not unpack due to misunderstanding. Sent an email to ask for refund of the unpacking fee and it was processed within minutes. Very impressed by their speed.
