I have placed my second order for furniture with Denelli Italia and also in this instance they have been amazing. Vishal and his team are professional and make their best to make the experience smooth for their customers.
I have previously purchased a media TV unit and a hallway composition. This time I have purchased a dining set and some shelving units. Denelli Italia has the best Italian furniture brands and the best customer service. In both occasions everything was done right first time, with no issues or surprises at delivery of the items. Highly recommend Denelli Italia.

Large showroom to view furniture and expert sales team to help. We had a huge choice of finishes available, to make the sofa just what we wanted. Delivered to the room of our choice and unpacked with all packing removed for us.

I ordered my corner sofa, the company explained I would have my sofa delivered before Christmas, I received a call last week to say my sofa was ready for delivery, I was very excited, from ordering, to my delivery, I was very pleased, the 2 men who delivered the sofa were amazing, they carried the sofa in 3 stages, they had to climb 12 steps, manoeuvre around a stairlift and unpacked the sofa and cleaned up the cardboard and wrappings, they treat me with respect and we're very friendly, Danelli Italia 100% company.

We were moving into a new build property and Denelli kept our furniture in storage until we were ready for delivery.
Delivery guys were on time, polite good service

Waited 2 years through Covid for the sofa, very poor quality Tried several times to reject it, they wasn't intrested. Just called them to fix a number of ongoing issues, was told it's only gauranteed for 2 years. I'll stick with DFS next time. The sofa cost over 4K.

Despite this Company stating clearly on the front of their website that delivery is free UK wide - well not if you live in Scotland. An extra £99.

I had a very good customer service by representative Vijay who looked into my specifications and went an extra mile to find the sofa and chairs of my choice . I was very pleased .

We have now received our items - somewhat delayed bit because of Bailey but because we hadn’t moved into our new house, the items arrived on good time and they were happy to keep them safe until we needed them

On the day of delivery the team arrived and moved the items into the lounge and constructed them in a very professional manner.
