Emma sorted out my problem swiftly after receiving a £170 fine. She made the process extremely swift and replied fast.

The ease of getting through to an advisor was refreshing. The advisor I spoke with was friendly and polite whilst maintaining a professional air. I have extremely high anxiety and he put me at ease very quickly. All of my queries were dealt with swiftly and I can honestly say he made a difficult call extremely easy and I was extremely satisfied/happy with the customer service provided.

I am absolutely delighted and impressed with the help and service I received with the customer negotiator. In this instance I really feel it necessary to mention the individual in question. Mike was very helpful and accommodating. His telephone manner was really great. I also wish to give a shout out to, to Samantha, his manager, as clearly her type of managing her team is very good. Firstly any ethical company would refuse to work with the complete scam artists that are Premier Parking Ltd,

Secondly, I wrote to them to appeal and asked if the debt would die with me because the injustice of being fined for a ticket i had paid and had tried to inform them of their machine error and then also tried to pay the fine but the payment issues were ridiculous and another level of scam. I was driven to the decision that suicide was the answer. So i explained this to DRP and simply asked if the debt would die with me or they would hound my family too.
they didn't ever reply.
i paid the debt but obviously now cant eat or pay bills and feel there is only one way out.
i have always treated people with kindness these people should be totally ashamed.

There is some sort of racket going on here with APCOA and Debt Recovery Plus. The latter are polite when contacted, although one female employee gave poor advice and suggested rather than resolve the PCN to fight this in Court.
APCOA and Debt Recovery Plus seem one and the same. Debt Recovery Plus claim that APCOA had sent me notifications of a PCN and that I had ignored these, hence outside of the appeals process, and their involvement requesting £140. I asked for copies of these notifications and received no reply.
In effect, fraudulent activity and should be reported to British Parking Association for investigation.

Received excellent customer care from Mike Gibson but wait time, way way too long !

After trying to sort a fine through the club that I got it from I finally called the debt recovery service and spoke to Mike Gibson who was absolutely amazing he cancelled my debt straight away much to my relief after panicking for so long, the club kept telling me it was sorted, I also received an email straight away from Mike.

Contacted the company,no hassle getting through, spoke to Mike Gibson and stated the case to him that PCN was not my wife's vehicle shown, he double checked and agreed with us. He then cancelled proceedings and sent us a nicely worded email. Thnx all round.

I had previously phones, debt recovery plus and the first time the member of staff would not listen to a word.I was saying. I found the second time after receiving a bigger phone. I spoke to a very professional staff member called Mike who realise very quickly there was a mistake to why I receive a fine and cancelled it straight away. Josh Brierley listened to me properly, it has now been admitted that I did make a call to park on 08/11/2025 and this means APCOA employee lied. I was never told there is a page for blue badge appeals and uploading your blue badge on. My fine has now been cancelled, sadly other staff simply did not believe me, I am glad he is diligent and impartial, no payment was ever due.
