Just purchased a car from Dace Motor Group,Stockport and must state that I was very impressed with how the whole sale process was handled by their salesman Josh.
He dealt very professionally with all my questions and I never once felt pressured into buying.

Choosing a first car for our daughter was always going to be a special but challenging time. Making sure we found the right car, in budget that delivered exactly what she wanted but making sure she would be safe.
From the outset, Ryan was fantastic, describing the car (Mini One) exactly how it was. We traveled 30 miles to the Stockport Showroom to view and were not disappointed. Unfortunately or fortunately depending on how you look at it as soon as our daughter saw the car it was a done deal.
Ryan talked us through the car’s history, pointed out any little imperfections and advised what the could have corrected to ensure we were completely happy. Additional items such as extended warranty and paint coatings were also offered but at no time did we feel pressured to purchase these additional options.
We agreed to collect the car the following Sunday and also selected the option to have the full ceramic coating applied.
Sunday we arrived at dealership to find the car ready for collection (including a red bow) on the bonnet, our daughter was delighted.
The car looked fabulous and ready to go.
Paperwork sorted and an extremely happy daughter!
I can highly recommend Dace (Stockport Dealership) and Ryan. Highly professional and easy to deal with.
Would have no hesitation in referring people to both Ryan and Dave Motor Group.

Put a deposit on a Civic Type R 2020 plate.

Booked my train ticket from Basingstoke to Stockport online then the night before I was due to leave, I get a call from Will, the sales person I had been dealing with.

He said the EML had just come on after car had been valeted, according to him, probably because water got in the engine bay - straight away something didn’t sound right. The add for the car was still on Autotrader after I put a deposit down and the add was still there earlier in the day. I thought to myself, they have sold it to someone else. So I called the sales team and pretended to be someone interested in the car the lady on the phone said sorry it’s just been sold. Straight away I called Will and told him what she said, he said no the add got taken down because there was something wrong with it. I asked how long ago the EML come on and he replied about 15 minutes ago, so I stated that, the first thing you thought off when the light come on is to take the add down, but it didn’t occur to you to take it down after I put a deposit on, 6 days earlier.

I asked him to take a photo of the EML with his watch in the photo to prove it’s the same car, he said he would but never did.

The day after Will was off so I called and spoke to Mike he said the car can’t be sold to me because it was was showing a injector issues on bank 4, this happens when the car was going for its inspection, I said Will had already confirmed in his walk round video the car had already been for it’s inspection and had already been valeted. So they both said something different, I asked Mike what they were going to do with the car, he said it’ll go back to where it come from, I said I would buy it cheap and do the work myself he said he can’t do that.

Later that day I checked the TAX online (Registration FV70 OER, guess what I found, yep the car had just had a years TAX put on it, funny how someone would TAX it when it’s off the road with serious injector issues.

So Mike refunded my deposit but refused to give me anything towards the £29 train fair I was out of pocket. I had been to the bank that after to sort out the funds, booked half a day of work and sorted all the insurance out so yeah I was fuming.

DACE motor Group are a bunch of cowards, no integrity, no professionalism and have little to no respect for their customers.

Be ware and stay away..

DACE German Motors at Stockport were professional from the first contact with them. I am 77 and unfortunately faced ageism from high street banks, despite having an excellent credit rating. DACE solved the problem and provided me with a Mercedes SLC 300. John and Stephen gave a hassle free service throughout. DACE provided a comprehensive warranty and have shown ongoing after sales interest. I rarely give references but on this occasion I would not hesitate to use DACE again.

Purchased my new Audi on 24th April, the whole sale was handled by John who made the sale process effortless. John was polite, knowledgeable and not pushy when it came to the selling part.
The car had been valeted to a good standard prior to myself picking the vehicle up and I can say that I am very pleased with my new car.

Great bunch of people. I bought a car which required some repairs after sale. The warranty company were useless so Noel and Mark stepped up and funded the required repairs...not many dealers would do this.
This company is highly recommended.

Avoid these guys sell car that are shed i recently brought a car from these guys and i had a I.E.R done and it came back the car i had brought had the fault at time of purchase but they but dace refused to pay for the repair

I recently purchased a Renault Mégane from Dace and I am very pleased with it. Dealt with Liam who showed us the car on initial viewing after a 2 hour drive to get to Dave's showroom. The car was spotless and the test drive was superb. I decided to put down a deposit and to return to collect the car at a later date. It would have been helpful to have been told then that they don't allow weekends for you to collect your car as when I called to arrange for a Saturday pickup I was then told it had to be during the week. After much juggling in my diary I was able to collect on a Thursday and Liam kindly collected me from the local train station which was much appreciated.
The car drives great and all in all the process ran very smoothly and I would consider buying from them again in the future.

Bought car from Dace. I was told that the allow wheels were refurbished by Dace and on collecting the car the wheels did looked great. Over the following 4 weeks the finish started to flake off the wheels. I only noticed the flaking finish because I was sold the car with a slow puncture which had to be inflated every second day. I approached Dace about this they initially ignored my query and failed to call me back. On chasing it up I was told by Noel ‘what do you expect, the car has 100k miles on it’ just before he hung the phone up on. I know we all have bad days at work but his attitude was absolutely disgusting. Dave seemed to accept that the finish would indeed flake off the wheels a few weeks and didn’t see an issue with this. I asked Dace is this the standard that they aim for and was told yes, that they simple touch up wheels to sell the car. I was under the impression that Dace were a reputable company however my experience suggests otherwise. I will update this review as the issue is addressed.

I bought a Mini Countryman a couple of weeks ago from Ryan at Dace Specialist Car Centre in Stockport. I'd seen the car online and arranged a viewing and test drive within a couple of hours. There was no hard sell, I was given time to think about my decision and I was able to reserve the car for a very small holding deposit for two days, to be sure I was making the right choice for me. Once I called to confirm I wanted to buy the car, the process was seamless and stress free. I wasn't able to get back to the garage for 5 days (again no pushiness), but when I did return on the date and time agreed my new car was waiting for me, gleaming! The paperwork took very little time and I was on my way back home, the proud owner of a fab car which I love!! Thank you to Ryan for your time and for your great service. I don't plan on swapping cars any time soon, but I wouldn't hesitate to come back to you in the future. Until then, I'll recommend you and Dace wherever I can. Thanks once again.
