Premetto che non conoscevo questo brand ….Comunque ho acquistato due orologi di cui uno automatico quindi prezzo un pochino elevato …molto carini esteticamente fanno la loro figura,ma noto che solo dopo pochi mesi dall’acquisto si sgancia il cinturino dalla cassa perché si sarà sganciata la vite credo ,strano che mi sia capitato a distanza di una settimana ad entrambi gli orologi rischiando di perderli! Non so come sistemarli!!! Molto delusa!

En février, j’ai passé commande chez D1 Milano et j’ai été entièrement satisfaite de mon expérience. La montre est arrivée très rapidement, soigneusement emballée dans un superbe coffret, ce qui témoigne du souci du détail de la marque. Le service client est tout simplement impeccable : réactif et efficace. De plus, tous les accessoires que j’avais commandés sont arrivés en même temps que la montre, parfaitement emballés. Tout était parfait, de la commande à la réception. Je recommande vivement D1 Milano pour la qualité de ses produits et l’attention qu’elle porte à ses clients. Merci pour cette belle expérience !

I received the watch very quickly, which is great but not even a couple weeks of having the watch the band pin came out and I wrote to Milano and got no response. You would think a $400 watch would maybe come with some back up parts or maybe get you a response when you have an issue but in my experience, your purchase gets you a watch, nothing more. Buy from the dealer on ebay, half price and he actually repsonds.

L’orologio e’ di pregevole qualita’ e fa una bellissima figura. Notato piu’ volte da altre persone quando lo indossavo.
Ho anche avuto bisogno del servizio di assistenza per un difetto al cinturino e si sono adoperati immediatamente per ricevere il pacco ed effettuare una sostituzione dell’intero prodotto. Difficile trovare trattamenti dlc su orologi di microbrand, impossibile a questi prezzi! Davvero una perla rara. Lo

I recently purchased a D1 Milano watch and I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase. The watch arrived promptly and was packaged securely. The design is modern and elegant, and the quality of the materials is impressive. I've received many compliments on it since I started wearing it. The ordering process was easy and the customer service was helpful. I highly recommend D1 Milano.

To make it short, everything about the watch is beautiful and its appearance is also good, and in terms of quality it is very excellent. Other than that, the packaging needs to be developed.

Je suis ravis de ma montre D1 Milano. Le service après vente est parfait. J’avais oublié de commander l’outil pour faire la mise à taille et ils me l’ont envoyé gratuitement. Je recommande vraiment D1 Milano

I just got the skeleton and switching straps is disastrous. The screw goes in and out easily in the stainless bracelet. However, the screw hardly fits the rubber strap, i had to push hard and i destroyed the screw itself. I asked the shop if they can change the strap for me they told me that it is very easy “you just push the screw from one end and it will come off” but that wasn’t the case i had to watch several videos until i figured out the i had to unscrew one side and then push the screw for it to come off. I also asked the shop if the needed materials for changing the strap is in the box and they confirmed and there was nothing in the box!!
I just bought the watch and I can’t even wear it

Great customer experience. Made my purchase 3 days before Christmas and it arrived sooner than expected. Watch is nicely built.

The website and ordering were great. The watches are so nice, i bought 28 of them.

I recently received the watch and I am very happy with its beautiful design and overall performance. The watch features a modern look and clear elegance, in addition to excellent time accuracy.

However, unfortunately, I faced a major issue with the included tools, which led to the screws used for mounting getting damaged after a short period of use. I expected the tools to be sturdy and suitable for adjusting or assembling the watch, but they didn't meet the expected quality, which negatively impacted the overall experience.

Despite this issue, I believe the watch itself is excellent in terms of performance and design, but if the quality of the included tools is improved, it would make the product complete and more reliable.

Light weight, solid watch. Fun to wear.

The watch looks and works fine, however I was very dissatisfied with how cheap the watch felt. With a $200 price I would expect a watch to feel sturdier than a $20 children's watch. It seems more of that money went into the packaging. I will not be buying anymore D1 Milano watched and will recommend others don't as well
