Great watch! Love the design. More comfortable than I expected. Came well packaged. Quick international delivery with tracking. The link adjustment tool is very handy and easy to use as well.

You’ve bought a Polycarbon watch. So, it’s not metal but polycarbonate therefore light and sporty.
If you want to try something heavier, we can offer you our steel models, would you like to try one?

Had to pay £63 just to return an item
Ordered a watch for a Christmas present, it arrived with no working battery. I tried to return this which cost £13.50 to send back to the Netherlands, they refused to pay the customs charges to receive the return and so the watch got sent back to me. I then resent the item - another £13.50 and went through NL post to ensure that the customs charges were paid - another £36 - to make sure that they received the parcel so I could get a refund.
Altogether I have paid £63 to return a faulty product - basically half of the total refund which is absolutely ridiculous.
Don't order from here, it's not worth it at all.

For the return you used the postal service and many times we are unable to monitor it. Next time we recommend using another courier or using our collection service. In that case we have total control over the shipment.
