The customer care team are amazing, the team genuinely care and do their best to resolve issues. My recent experience with the customer care team (Donna) after the courier company unfortunately lost my parcel in NZ was flawless, Donna was so friendly & helpful, did not hesitate to go above and beyond, and genuinely cared. This kind of ethic is hard to come by these days but The Culture Kings team are hands down the best team in the have ever dealt with

Donna did an outstanding job with me not only did she pay close attention to detail, but she was genuinely empathetic while I was struggling through a bad experience that I had she single-handedly save me from having a bad taste in my mouth when it comes to culture kings and was able to resolve my issue with much ease definitely made me feel better about the experience that I had and will help me stay a customer. Donna has helped me resolved my ordering timing issue within a single click, and her communication is clear and professional too. This was due to stock take lag communicated only after the purchased was made and free shipping were given. Had I known there was a stock take during check out, I would've chose the express courier despite the free shippingx thanks so much Donna!
