I have been a long time customer of Culture Kings, but, my recent experience implores all kiwis ordering online to refrain from this. So I ordered x2 bball singlets for a 21st birthday - I received an email from post stating it was delivered. Short story, it was not and post sent me confirmation after several contacts that it was delivered to the wrong address. I reached out to the customer support team who initially said they would give me store credit - but then asked me to screenshot the confirmation from postage which I did and it is legit. They have put me through email table tennis just for a refund on a product they failed to deliver. This company act like they are a big player in the street wear space, but, they really are just a small fish.

A VERY POOR EXPERIENCE. Do not buy online from NZ. The refuse returns within NZ forcing a return to Australia. It cost me $25.50 to return $160 pair of shoes. They refuse to do anything about it. I’ll never buy from this retailer again.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM CULTURE KINGS IF YOU LIVE IN NEW ZEALAND. Even though they send the items from their NZ store, you can ONLY return them to Australia and you pay the huge postage costs!

Careful if you're shopping during their sale days. They will refund half your order without notifying you. Half the items showing are not available for purchase and you won't know until after you've placed the order.

The email just said a partial refund was processed I had to go digging to see what items were taken off my order.
I've checked and those items are still available on their website for purchase.

This happened in 2022 to me where they refunded the entire order from afterpay day. I was hesitant to try again but I thought they had improved.

Really hard to get in contact with customer support. I am still waiting for a response from them.

Just got my first order from Culture Kings and I was totally blown away by how nice everything is! I actually went on the website 1 hour after opening my stuff and made another order! I can’t say enough about how happy I am with everything. My wife also got a hat and she was so stoked. Culture Kings is 1000% legit! Happy in Detroit!

So, I ordered two hats from this company, and one of them arrived with a visible dirt line. I immediately went on their website to find customer support, but it was extremely difficult to locate any helpful contact options. When I finally found the “Chat with a live representative” button, it redirected me to an email form instead. I sent an email with photos of the issue, but I still haven’t received a response. After that, I reached out through all their social media platforms and finally got a reply on Instagram — but all they told me was to “try cleaning it.” Honestly, the app and website are terrible, and the customer service experience has been really disappointing.

I’ve been a loyal Culture Kings customer for about four years and have spent around $4,000 with them. Unfortunately, my recent experience has completely changed my opinion.

Around Christmas, I placed four separate orders in one week (about $160 each). Three arrived without issue, but one was marked “undeliverable.” OnTrac later confirmed the package was lost. After multiple emails, Culture Kings issued me store credit since the items were sold out.

On January 4th, I used the credit to place a new order. By mid-February, I realized I never received a confirmation email. After contacting customer service again, they located the order — and it had once again been marked undeliverable and lost by OnTrac.

This time, I was told there was nothing they could do.

It’s extremely disappointing to lose money due to a shipping company they choose to use, especially as a long-time customer. Based on this experience, I would be cautious ordering from them.

How hard is it to bloody get through to any customer support !?!? Been awaiting a week to get through to anyone in regards to a hoodie I purchased, which is quite literally TEMU quality… and I ordered an 2xl so I can have an oversized hoodie and it quite literally fits as a medium. Horrible site to order from, first and LAST time ordering

Requested a cancellation and refund before the order even left the warehouse. Was told it would take 24 hours. Days passed with no refund or update. Had to escalate through Afterpay to get any action. Very poor communication and disappointing customer service. Would not recommend, won't be buying off them again. Disgusting.

Only order from them if you enjoy dealing with returning the wrong items they send you.🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻

Waste of money and time, if you have a issue with a product you can’t get hold of anyone at all

If i could give 0 I would they sent wrong size shorts I can't ting emailed 5 times even went on there Facebook useless do not buy from this place scam

There is no quality control. I ordered a shirt that was a medium. It fit like a xxxl. The return policy is terrible, so I gave it to my husband and ordered a small. The shirt now fits like an xxs. The quality of the small is the same as SHEIN and doesn’t even feel like a cotton shirt. These people also want to charge $7 to return an item or even to exchange for a bigger size.

Will never be shopping from Culture Kings again. Ordered online took nearly a week and a half to arrive and product is faulty. I’ve emailed, called, and used the online contact form the second I received my order a week ago and still no answer from them at all. Will have to drive 40 minutes from my house to their store and demand they replace my shoes.

Bought an item from them. It was so laggy I double paid for an item. Contacted them via email within 2 hours to organize a refund for one of the items(site said get in touch within 48 hours)well within the time frame. When they finally contacted us it was past the 48 hours and sorry your parcel has been sent. For a large company. Crappy customer service and contact. I've bought heaps of these guys. Wont be using them again

NIGHTMARE returns process. You cant contact via a phone number (even though one is provided on their website) the online chat bot is AI, the email responses are AI. If you're NZ based you have to send your return back to Australia!! I have a a faulty product so i am trying to get postage paid return - so far it has been 2 weeks while i wait for them to respond to the photo evidence i have sent. I email for an update every other day, with just an AI return response.....I definitely will not be shopping here again.

I love that Culture Kings ALWAYS have specials with everything jewellery, clothing and headwear 🔥

All Sales Teams greeted with happy smiles as we walked in - Halle at the Service Desk at Sylvia Park Auckland New Zealand was absolutely Brilliant - she was Professional, friendly and asked the right questions to ensure I got what I was looking for. What a disappointing waste of time and the worst customer experience I’ve encountered. On 11th November, I placed an online order for two pairs of Jordan Air shoes in size 13 as a Christmas and birthday gift. However, on Wednesday, 13th November, I realised I had mistakenly ordered the wrong size. I promptly called the team to explain the situation, and I was advised to reorder the shoes in size 12 online and that I would be refunded for the size 13 shoes once they arrived. This has not been the case at all. I am now seven emails deep with customer service, who is offering me either a gift voucher in exchange for the shoes or the option to send the shoes back to Australia for a refund—which will take weeks. Save yourself the headache. This company is going out of its way to make it as difficult as possible for me to get a refund, even for an item I’ve already reordered in the correct size from them. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM CULTURE KINGS IF YOU LIVE IN NEW ZEALAND.

Worst place to order from, any time I’ve placed an order they cancel my order immediately, I contact support and they don’t have an answer is to why my order was cancelled, I will never support a business like this
