The service was good and Charlie Kitchener dealt with my case through to the end. My only criticism is and this is not aimed at Charlie, that communication was lacking. Emails were short, ie: "see attached" with no explanation covering note. Phone calls were very rare and I felt that I wasn't kept up to date with what was going on. I guess this is the way it works. When you are new to the house buying/selling world it can be a bit daunting. However, everything went very smoothly and I would recommend Cook Taylor Woodhouse and thank Charlie Kitchener for all of her hard work.

I've used CTW for two house purchases and one sale now, and as with the general process of it, it is complicated but I would like to thank in particular Andrew Prater and Megan Eastop-Stanley for their support in my recent house purchase. Andrew was also my conveyancer for the first house I sold, however due to complex legal work in my second home he had to hand me over to a solicitor. All I am going to say is, when I sell my current house and buy the next one, I am going to make sure it is within the scope of Andrew's work before buying anything because not only is he efficient, he is professional and the best conveyancer out there. He is kind and does not respond with expediting fee options if I wanted answers to any query. Needless to say, my experience with the solicitor he needed to hand me over to was not very nice, however Megan was the saving grace. Our property required first time registration with HM Land Registry and it was expected to take approximately a year, and well beyond the date of completion. Megan was quick to respond and update us of any progress with HM Land Registry, she did not dismiss us as just another message on her inbox and every query was dealt with correctly. She was also the one who dealt with our completion which went smoothly. When I emailed her that our remortgaging was late this year, she noted that there was no progress with HM Land Registry however 5 days after we received a copy of the paperwork, all sorted. She clearly had chased it and sorted it for us. I truly feel that Andrew and Megan set the gold standard for their colleagues in terms of customer relations and work ethic. They conduct their jobs with morals and treat clients as people, not just as another pay check or task. I would recommend Andrew and Megan to anyone and they are real assets to CTW

Joy dealt with my sale and purchase and the service she provided was incredible. She was in constant contact throughout the process, actively chased the chain when needed and was always available at the end of the phone when needed. I throughly recommend Cook Taylor Woodhouse if you are looking for a solicitor. Zara Wilkins has been my Solicitor for the selling of my property and purchase of my newer property. She has been absolutely fantastic. She is unbelievably efficient, she kept me up to date regularly and her response time is so prompt I felt fully supported throughout the process.
When looking for conveyancing I was given a range of quotes. I can say this was worth every penny for the service I was given and I’m glad I spent that bit extra as my moving date was expedited as a result of the service I was given. She chased at every opportunity and I believe was integral in securing the house I am happy to be in now!
