The UPS came quickly, well packaged and ready to go. The software downloaded with no issues. The dialogue box on screen is easy to use.

It would be better to have a little more manual guidance, it is written in "geek speak". And the manual menus could be easier to navigate. Of course, the software is easy to use but the manual buttons on the unit are not easy.

Items purchased for next day delivery but took almost a month to get but no explanation from them only when I emailed I was told they are not in the country should have received an email to explain this from the start of order, also when they arrived the had no electric cables to plug them in.

On Ordering a UPS Battery - delivery 2-3 days, a week later I had to contact to find out where it was, reply back was along the lines 'apologies, out of stock, eta 1 week'
That came and went, contacted my previous contact about 3 weeks later, no reply, sent a new request about 4 weeks later still, and eventually got told it was in stock and was to be shipped - whcih this time it did. Delays I get, but for it have to me to chase isn't good service they should be able to provide updates, even if it's just to say I haven't been forgotten. My experience was they took the order (and the money) and if I hadn't of chased, I would never have got the product,

I'd been thinking about installing a Cyberpower UPS battery device to protect my PC in the light of potential power outages. I contacted Critical Power Supplies with a couple of technical questions which were promptly answered. I ordered the device online with standard delivery and it arrived within 48 hours!
It came with clear installation instructions and has been working perfectly since day 1. I'm a very happy customer.

I contacted Critical Power Supplies by telephone and got great advice plus what I need to make my UPS device work again
The only slight negative is that I had to call twice becuase I ha dnor received the item. Ther was a delay becuase my web purchase had not been relayed to the warehouse

We had a bit of an emergency at work and needed answers fast. Had an engineer Jason on the phone within 10min of getting into contact, and he was able to clearly and concisely explain the required procedure and talk me through it on the phone. Couldn’t ask for more. Thanks a lot for your help.

Service and delivery - perfect!

I ordered a battery for a ups thinking it was in stock, after 7 days no delivery or email to say it had been dispatched. Tried communicating via their ticking system but only received a response when I emailed them. They did apologize for not informing me quicker about it being placed on back order, and it did arrive on the date specified. Would of liked to be informed if it needed to be put on back order during the order process. Would use again.

When I opened the box I realised I had ordered the wrong battery. I hadn't tried to install it, just looked at it. My fault for ordering the wrong one, but as a consumer customer and a lay person, these things are not made easy.
I emailed to ask if I could exchange it for the correct one, and didn't get a reply. So I tried a different email address, only to be told there was a 50% restocking fee. I couldn't see anywhere on the website that said the restocking fee would be so high. Plus I would have to pay shipping charges.
Cheaper to sell it on ebay.
I won't be using this company again. My son is disabled living on benefits, not some big company that can right off a restocking charge.
