I received my equipment in a timely manner and fit my machine perfectly. My only suggestion would be that upon ordering mask , that there would be an option for size selection in nose piece. Wasteful... Mehr ansehen

It's important to know that ordering (2) CPAP cushions gave me a spare when needed and that it qualified for free shipping. Other is that some personal health insurance won't cover a spare cushion.
I am much more satisfied with this CPAP Outlet expereince than with my local physical outlet, which most people would think, wouldn't be the case.

Mask did not seal properly
Mask did not seal properly. Other vendors I have dealt with will take the mask back for credit and try to get me one that fits and seals. They only take back items if the bag hasn't been opened. How do you find out if it fits if you don't take it out of bag. I am senior on a fixed uncome and buying a second mask really isn't an option
