False advertising - the discount code didn't work.
I had two items in my cart. I was $2 under the free shipping so I waited to see if any family members needed something. Meantime Vitamintree sent me a '10% introductory discount' offer with a checkout code.
I applied the code and received a message 'this code could not be used on your order' So basically IT IS A LIE.
I called and the girl said 'sorry there is nothing I can do' I asked her who was the owner of the company, and she said she didn't know. The best she could do was unsubscribe me from the mailing list.
A LIE is a LIE
After I posted my review, Vitamin Tree sat on the order for 5 days and then sent me an email asking me to confirm the order. I confirmed the order, and they shipped it out using the slowest method possible - mainly because it was cheaper.
I placed the order on October 2. Expected delivery on October 16th. Is this good service?
