Alan extremely knowledgable and helpful. Honest and not pushy. Demonstrated all scooters so that we could see how the prices differed and the best for our needs. Fitting in the car and weight of significant importance to us.

OMG.. where do I start, Daisy was amazing, personable, and knowledgeable in the Humfree product.
Made the experience so enjoyable and personable, answered all of our many questions.
Can't wait for mom's scooter to be delivered.

What a good delivery guy, he explained everything nice and clearly. I should have tried to close the scooter more times with him and I didn't. So I'm finding it difficult. But will keep trying. Glad to say that I have managed to close it. It's really easy.

My new scooter was delivered this morning. Jimmy set it up and made sure everything was okay before leaving.
Only reason I am not giving this 5 stars is because of the delivery time. After being told I could choose a day and tome suitable for me by HumFree, I was then told by the delivery firm it was being delivered at 7am the following morning and couldn't come later,as I would struggle to be ready at that time due to my medical conditions.

Very disappointed at the service I have received. Have had the Carron model now for almost two weeks and I am unable to use it. Waiting for engineer to come. Admittedly I have very small windows when at home because of having to attend hospital for Radiotherapy and my Doctors three times a week at least. All of which has been explained to staff but they seem unable to accommodate my requests.

A very nice man called Phillip came to the house and show me scooters and talk me through all the inside and outs of them. He was very good he wasn't pushy in any way. He got out 3 scooters for me to try.

Humfree scooter delivered and instructions conducted by the 2 men delivery team. Hand over very good and packaging cleared and removed.
Very happy with this delivery experience.

The demonstrator Lorna was very efficient and knowledgeable and explained everything to us. She had a pleasant manner and we were satisfied with our purchase.

The agent visiting our home was super friendly and put us all at-ease. Product was well-explained, all questions answered and some jovial good humor was a nice bonus. No pressure sale and all very relaxed.

The service from first phone call to delivery was excellent they kept in touch all way through a wonderful company would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Do not give this company your email address. I am receiving emails on a daily basis since doing so. This is tantamount to harassment. I will never purchase from a firm who uses aggressive marketing tactics.

I purchased a Humfree scooter last Saturday and was told delivery would be within five working days. I received a call on Tuesday morning and was advised they would deliver on Wednesday morning and the delivery driver would call about fifteen minutes before hand. The driver arrived within five minutes of his estimated time and assembled the scooter and demonstrated it was working correctly. This is a new company but part of a larger concern but they seem to really want to be interested in their customers. I am really impressed with their product and services and I am more than pleased to recommend them to others interested in their scooters. At last a company that keeps it word and gives good old fashioned service.

Then delivery was as advised and was delivered by a very friendly and helpful gentleman.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company if you wish to purchase a folding mobility scooter.

Catherine demonstrated the Glide Power Chair very well. After her demonstration and my trial, I had no hesitation in ordering one for delivery within about 1 week. Apart from it performing very well, it was light enough for me to lift it in and out of my boot easily (11kg excl. battery). Being 80yrs old, I am limited in what I can lift but I could lift this easily even with the battery.
