Have been using Covent Garden FX for 10+ years now. Was very wary of ordering currency online initially but having spoken to Sam before placing my first order I felt very reassured and went ahead with my first order. Your money comes when they say it will so that is a bonus. Wouldn't use anyone else.

THEY WEREN’T QUITE THE BEST RATE ONLINE BUT I FEEL SURE THEY ARE ONE OF THE BEST ( IF NOT THE BEST) TO ORDER FROM
THEY DONT CHARGE EXTRA FOR ORDERING A SECOND CURRENCY OF A LOW DENOMINATION TOO

The first time ordering online I was a little nervous but all went well and now I use them every time I need currency all due to their great rates and brilliant customer service.
They are so caring - I forgot to collect my recent order and they called to make sure I was ok !!

Was the best USD currency on the day, I Order before 12 and it arrived at my door next day at 1200.
Easy and straight forward and helpful on the phone and kept me updated with information and tracking numbers.

Found this company efficient, helpful, polite and reliable. I’d initially made an error in my online order and sent an email then decided to telephone. The individual I spoke to was reassuring and said that he would ensure no monies were taken from my account and then advised that should I want to order currency from the Company, it would reach me in plenty of time. There was no “sales pressure” when speaking to the individual whatsoever. I decided to order currency the following day and it was delivered within 24 hours. I’d have no hesitation recommending Covent Garden FX.

First of all their exchange rate was the best.
But I managed to put the wrong date for 'deliver by' for our currency and only realized 3 days before we were due to fly.
I rang them up and they answered straight away, understood the issue, changed the delivery date to 48 hours from the time of the phone call (which was 12 hours before we were due to leave home for the airport).
The next day they rang to give an update and confirm the time when we would be able to track the delivery from.
They also apologized profusely to say that their agent had sent $5 less than they (and we) requested, and sent the GBP equivalent with the currency.

Brilliant service. Cannot thank them enough for reacting quickly to the issue I created.
Will definately use again.

I have been impressed with the Covent Garden foreign exchange service. Juliana has been so pleasant and helpful with my Canadian dollar request. Her assurance was genuine that it would be be delivered on time.

First time I have ordered my holiday money to be delivered by post. Covent Garden FX offered the best rate available. I made a mistake when ordering and requested delivery a week too late. I emailed them (on a Sunday) and they replied to say they would amend the date for me. Brilliant service and the one I will use and recommend from now on.

It's the first time I've ordered currency on-line so was a little concerned about ordering 'cash' through the post! However, it couldn't have been any easier! Covent Garden FX offered the best rate I could find, kept me informed by e-mail at each step, and the currency arrived on the specified date without any issues (in fact it arrived by 9:15 in the morning so I didn't have to wait in for the Postman!) A good mix of notes and I am happy to recommend without hesitation.

Great company, used them for the first time, no hassle and money arrived next day by special delivery as promised. Will definitely use them from now on.
