I purchased 2,Neff slide and hide single ovens and needed them pretty quick. The girl I dealt with told me she could have them delivered within a week on a specific day, and true to her word they arrived on time. Thank you so much they have made my kitchen complete.

I was a bit hesitant buying anything from the internet but I needn't have worried. I saved approximately £200 compared to local store,and I got free pans and griddle too.the hob arrived on time,they even phoned to give an arrival time in a 3 hour slot. Excellent service would recommend to my friends. No problems.

I ordered a hob on Sunday afternoon, the following day I was contacted and asked if it would be convenient to deliver it to me on Wednesday. On Tuesday I was sent a text giving me a delivery 'window' of between 7am and 9am. At 2 minutes to 7 today (Wednesday) the delivery driver knocked on my door, I did 'complain' to him that he was 2 minutes early :-) and didn't leave until I had examined the hob to make sure that it didn't appear damaged.
This is really brilliant service and I hope this comment will reassure anyone thinking of using Cookers and Ovens.

Bought the Falcon 1092 almost 11 years ago for my new kitchen. Have just finished building a new house and have bought the same cooker again. It's so much better - the grill is so good now - it's quite heavy duty so will last much longer. The whole cooker is excellent. CookersAndOvens were easy to deal with, the cooker arrived when they said it would AND they offered the best price overall.

Slightly nervous as I hadn't used the company before, but needn't have worried as everything was dealt with very professionally and at a good price.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company to anyone looking for an alternative to the bigger suppliers of electrical goods.

I ordered a range cooker and hood in stainless steel and when i wanted to change it to black, there was no problem at all. The lady i spoke to was very helpful, friendly and even reminded me that it was cheaper and arranged for the refund back to my account! The delivery arrangements were straightforward and again they accomodated me when i needed to change the date not once, but twice! And when the cooker actually arrived, the driver was lovely (maybe because she was a woman!). All in all, i have had a great experience with CookersAndOvens, and will certainly be using them again and will recommend them to my friends and family.

The price was the lowest I could find on the internet; ordering was easy peazy. They phoned to arrange delivery, it was delivered when we agreed and the driver even helped me by dropping it off right where i wanted it. Perfect sale and happily buy from again. Thanks

Fantastic service. We were called prior to our delivery and given a window of an hour as to when it would arrive. They arrived on time and were very friendly and polite. Managed to get our Rangemaster up 4 steps and into our kitchen. We would not hesitate to use you again.

Great service from start to end - friendly and helpful advice from lady over the telephone when I realised that I had ordered the wrong Rangemaster Cooker! Delivery could of been only a few days after placing the order but chose a date that suited me and was delivered as agreed. Product very well packaged - still in packaging as not ready to fit yet but looks great! I would definitely recommend, as they were the cheapest and I also got a half price Rangemaster Cooker Hood. I did try to get cheaper elsewhere but even Curry's could not price match!
