i purchased a heating element that cookerandovenelement.co.uk advertised as being compatible with my oven. It turner out not to be when the engineer arrived to install it. Cookerandoverelement.co.uk acknowledged the part was incompatible and offered a refund for the part but refused to reimburse me for the engineers call out charge even though this was a direct and foreseeable cost of their misrepresentation. Despite multiple attempts to explain my rights under the consumer rights act 2015 - they continue to point to their internal policies. Very disappointing service - i would recommend you purchase any elements from elsewhere - I ended up buying from NI Spares - they have very good customer service and you can send a picture via whatsapp and someone will confirm compatibility with your oven.
