Useless no one has contacted me for days a part of one company which I already contacted them before. Waste of time

Great easy to use site

Great easy to use site, gave us some great competitive quotes, Spoke to Debbie Matthews over the phone and via email and she was very helpful and went through everything with us in great detail.

Brilliant so far

Brilliant so far. Debbie was in contact within minutes of me receiving a quote. There was a deposit to pay which she explained fully and I have since issued the instruction.

Outstanding customer service

After using the company website which was beautifully straight forward and saved me £400 off a quote I already had, I spoke to Courtney.

Courtney was fabulous, she explained the process, went through everything that was included, ensuring a like for like to the quote I had received off the site.

It was professional, friendly and seamless and within 15 mins I had instructed a solicitor, giving me peace of mind and a 25% saving off the quote against the one I had got already.

Thank you, here’s to hopefully further stress free communication from the solicitor.

Do not use

Do not use. They communicate with you before you pay. Then when there's an issue they blank you. The quote appeared competitive, however it was then nearly doubled once instructed. And to-date have received no response from them and no refund of monies paid.
