So so bad, shockingly bad, wish I’d seen these reviews before I booked.

The reviews on their site are total fakes.

They told me to meet at the wrong car park, when I called to ask where they were it took 40 mins for them to answer the phone, then when I did get through they said I was late so it would be an additional £20, I was left in the sold between 12-2am waiting with children.

They kept saying 2-3 minutes, then 10-15 mins would pass, I’d call back then they’d say 5 minutes. Several times I called and they denied having my car and told me they don’t deliver cars, they only do park and ride and to go to a bus stop and wait, then I called back to speak to someone else and all be it got them to accept they have my car they fobbed me off with another 5 minutes.

Shocking, absolutely shocking.

Please avoid compare the airport parking. Travelled from stanstead airport, booked just meet and greet and was told to call the number on the booking for 45 minutes before arriving to the airport. Tried calling the number several times and sent a text message and when calling the office number they just kept putting the phone down in me and did not understand English.eventually got through when I got to the orange car park which was also on the booking form to go to, eventually managed to get through and speak to someone that understood me and was then told because I did not call them I had to now go to the green car park, I had to pay £13 to get out of the car park then another £13 in the free car park so the company could get out of the car park, which this was not on the website when booking. The company did not take photos of the car and I did not have to sign any forms.
On my return from my holiday I had to wait over an hour for my car, I looked over the car and park of the rubber rim around my window of the drivers side was hanging off and along the bottom part of the drivers side door. This is a cowboy company so please do not use .

I would to say, I share a similar awful experience to Sharlene, in the commentsection. I would like the echo the huge red flags and atrocious responses by this comparison website. They take your money, baffle you with their bull shit disclainers and do not respond with any kindness if you say you would like a refund for genuine reasons. Ihave lost £60 to these pathetic people but that's ok. I'd rather that so I can warn others not ro use this shockingly bad website/service.

Shocking, I booked parking and paid extra for the cancellation policy where you receive 60% back if you cancel, I had to cancel, this was back in May, despite many emails and promises of money been sent back to me it has still not been returned, we are now at the end of July, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, read all the other reviews, I wish I did. I will start legal proceedings, they money is not much but its the principle.

I would not recommend booking through Compare The Airport Parking.

I booked a Bristol Airport service advertised as “Express Park and Ride.” I reasonably believed that a comparison platform describing its operators as “quality providers,” “well-known operators” and “official airport car parks” would have undertaken meaningful checks on the businesses it listed.

After paying, my confirmation directed me to Stable Cottage/Home Farm Livery, a remote farm location on Stock Lane. The instructions required me to use a gate code and call a mobile number 45 minutes before arriving. The confirmation also added £17 in airport barrier charges that were not included in the headline booking price. The company says these charges were disclosed within the “More Info” section before booking, but I did not find the complete cost sufficiently prominent or transparent.

I became particularly concerned because the company’s FAQ makes specific claims that “the car park” has CCTV, alarms, security fencing, lighting and 24-hour security guards, and has applied for Park Mark.

I repeatedly asked the company to confirm whether these security measures and the Park Mark application applied to the exact farm location allocated to my booking. I also asked them to identify the parking operator’s full legal business name and provide details of its insurance, passenger-transfer licensing and the checks undertaken before it was listed as a quality provider.

They did not answer any of these questions. Their responses addressed only the additional charges, cancellation and refund policy.

I purchased Cancellation Cover, but was told I would receive only a 60% refund because the product was otherwise non-refundable. Their published cancellation terms were also difficult to follow, with different sections referring to 24-hour and 48-hour notice periods, a £40 administration charge, a 50% refund and non-refundable products. The company has now cancelled my booking and promised to process the 60% refund within 10 to 15 business days.

After cancelling, I found numerous highly negative Google reviews concerning airport parking operated from the exact Stock Lane farm location. The services appear to have been marketed under several different names, so I cannot independently establish whether every review relates to the same legal operator. However, the physical address is the same, and the reported experiences increased my concern about the comparison company’s refusal to answer my questions.

To be completely fair, I cancelled before using the parking service, so I cannot review the actual parking experience. This review concerns the comparison website, its lack of transparency during my booking, and its failure to substantively address reasonable questions about an operator it chose to list.

I was travelling alone with two children and returning at approximately 2 am. I no longer felt confident leaving my car with this provider, so I booked alternative parking through an established company.

My advice is to research the exact operator and physical parking location before paying. Open every “More Info” section, check for compulsory additional charges, verify the security arrangements and accreditation yourself, and read the cancellation terms carefully. Do not assume that every operator appearing on this comparison website has been independently verified or accredited, or that the headline price is the final cost.

We chose a Meet & Greet service for convenience and speed, paying a premium to ensure a hassle-free transition home. Unfortunately, the service provided by IMG Parking Limited was completely unacceptable and failed to meet the basic standards outlined in your booking agreement.

We followed your return instructions precisely:

00:51 (First Call): We phoned the driver on 07552865549 as instructed after landing and clearing the airport. We were assured our car would arrive within 20 minutes.

01:21 (Second Call): Having waited 30 minutes with no vehicle in sight, we called back. We were told again that the car would be another 20 minutes.

01:41 (Third Call): After waiting a total of 50 minutes, we called a third time, only to be told the driver was still 6 minutes away.

Waiting roughly an hour in the early hours of the morning after an international flight is completely unreasonable for a service marketed as a convenient "Meet & Greet." Had we parked in the long-stay car park, we would have reached our vehicle significantly faster and at a lower cost.

This is a total scam and their whole business model is built on lies. You are told to call when you are 45 mins from the airport where you are told that there has been a ‘security incident’ at Luton (there hadn’t, we checked) and that you must drive to a random carpark in luton. We were then driven to the airport in a minibus. On the return there was apparently another security incident so our car wasn’t there and we had to wait 30 mins for the minibus. Do not use this company!

The booking process was easy, and when I wanted to change the vehicle details they did so quickly and efficiently.

I booked with IMG PARKING LTD, meet and greet at pickup/drop off. Absolutely terrible service from beginning to end...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They redirected me on drop off of my car to their dustbowl carpark and not drop off claiming that it was closed at Luton airport due to a security issue. I knew this was a lie but had no choice but to redirect to the carpark, pick up the driver and then drive on to the airport!! I was furious as I had specifically wanted to drop my car at the airport for my ease, as I was travelling alone. On return I phoned when I was in baggage claim as specified and nobody picked up the phone. After an hour of trying I took an UBER to the carpark, and got my car back. It was filthy and was a bad end to a lovely few days away. The employees at the car park said they hadn't been paid for over a month (like I cared at that point, I was so cross). So overall a below zero rating for this service. DO NOT USE THEM...

I booked this parking through Compare The Airport Parking believing I was booking with Just Park & Ride. When I arrived, the business operating the service was New Farm Parking, and the additional payment on arrival was taken by Park Pilot Ltd. I found it very confusing that three different business names were involved, and it was never clear who I was actually contracting with.

Unfortunately, the service itself was extremely poor. We waited around 25 minutes to be taken to the airport and then over an hour to be collected after we landed, despite making repeated phone calls. When the driver eventually arrived, he laughed at customers who complained about the wait and said he would deliberately take a longer route back to the car park "to make us even angrier". When questioned, he became verbally aggressive and confrontational.

To make matters worse, every car in our group was returned covered in mud and substantially dirtier than when we left it.

My biggest concern is the lack of transparency over the different trading names. Had I realised who was actually operating the service, I would have researched them before booking and made a different decision. I would encourage anyone booking through this website to check exactly which company will be operating their parking service before paying.

I booked airport parking through CompareTheAirportParking.com for Bristol Airport, using a meet and greet service where the car was collected/dropped off at the airport short stay car park and stored off-site.

The drop-off was fine, but the return was unacceptable.

After the driver was late, I called and was told my car battery was flat and that it would take another 20–30 minutes. I was travelling with a 4-year-old child in cold, heavy rain, so I asked for the car to be brought to the airport drop-off area instead of the short stay car park. This was agreed over the phone.

After a further wait, I was then told the car would be returned to the short stay car park after all. I had to walk around 10 minutes in the rain with luggage and my young child.

When I arrived, I saw from a distance that the driver had left my car keys in a plastic bag next to the wheel of my car and walked away. There was no proper handover, no identity check, and my car and keys were left unattended.

I complained to CompareTheAirportParking.com, who said they were only a booking agent and had forwarded the complaint to the service provider. I then asked for the provider’s full legal/trading name, complaints contact details, and confirmation that call logs/dispatch records would be preserved and reviewed. I received no meaningful follow-up.

I also raised the security issue with Bristol Airport, who confirmed these external meet and greet companies are independent of the airport and advised reporting concerns to the relevant authorities.

In my view, this was not just poor customer service — it was a serious failure in vehicle/key security and complaint handling. Based on my experience, I would not use CompareTheAirportParking.com again and would strongly recommend booking directly with an official airport parking provider or a clearly identifiable, reputable operator.

Avoid using this company. They act as a broker. The company they booked for us were shameful, rude and o genuinely thought they had stolen my car. We had meet and greet, expecting a smooth airport transition (like most meet and greets) and we waited over 4 hours for our car to be picked up and dropped off. They even claimed they lost my keys and kept avoiding my calls. I called the broker to tell them they should reconsider booking this company and was fobbed off. Avoid using

Booked the service through compare parking with a company called IMG parking LTD. When we arrived we where told by the car park security that this was an illegal operation, we then called the number and we where expected to hang around the drop off area and hand our keys over to some random person, did not feel comfortable, no desk no signage just wait for some random person

- Booked for Stansted parking through this company, using one of their recommended companies.
- The company were located at New Farm. And were in my opinion an illegal operation.
- I have tried to contact Comparetheairportparking to remove them as recommended and even remove them from the site, but no response to calls or emails.

Comparetheparking Bristol Airport, “meet and greet” I was under the impression that they are there waiting to meet you and greet you, unfortunately in ours and many other cases that was not the case, you are supposed to ring and give them 30 minutes notice before you arrive at the airport, we gave them 45 minutes notice before, when we arrived we was left stood there for over an hour waiting for our car to be collected from us, and many others stood around in the same position, when you ring the number provided asking how long the staff are very rude keep placing you on hold when you are mid talking or putting the phone down on you, one minute they tell u the person is stuck in road works then they tell you 2 mins they just give u the complete mess around, very rude snd unprofessional I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone, the return collection of our car was not much better either.

Booked just park and ride through this comparison site. There are hidden charges, rude customer service, car parked in a dusty site in the middle of bishops Stortford. Transferred in a stinky ford van with limited space for luggage so with a full van you have to have luggage on your lap. Also got charged an extra £20 for a late return because I mistakingly put 12 instead of 00. Rude staff told me it would be 40 mins for a pick up from the airport. Would never use this company or the comparison site again

I cancelled my booking with and I was told my refund will be processed in 5-10 days, it is two months now and they keep telling me they will check and get back to me ,but they don't get back to me with an answer nor refunding me. I would say avoid using them

I paid for the parking and my flight was cancelled, during the purchase i chose the option to get insurance in case of cancellation, i have been trying to chase them for a refund for more than 8weeks now but i only hear back saying "we will get back to you"

DO NOT USE THIS SITE. They do not audit the sites they promote and worse still fabricate false reviews to lead you to make a booking. It's only when you get the parking address and Google it so you find out how awful the vendors are!
