My wife and I just bought a La Marzocco Linea Mini from them , the service was amazing. Delivery was very prompt as well.

Read the negative reviews and thought I’d try them anyway, as couldn’t find the product anywhere else…
Worst decision. Extremely unprofessional (either they are a full scam site or they are just purely incompetent).
Product not delivered. Many phone calls later of empty promises of delivery ‘in a few weeks’. After final demand, they confirmed “oh, looks like this order was missed”. Then saying they cannot process any refund, so now the onus is on me to get chargeback through bank (won’t see this money for another 6mths!).
I now believe ALL these negatives reviews are true.

Ordered in November a delonghi refurb.
Waited patiently
No coffee machine.
Requested refund early December,
No refund.
I've raised a dispute with Afterpay and also with Consumer Affairs.
Next step will be to go to court to get back my money.

Bought a machine from them and it failed within 6 months, not their fault I give them that.
But they refuse to replace or refund when it's under warranty and want me to pay outrageous labour charges to have the item looked at. after reading reviews I would just like to have it refunded as I have lost trust in this business that does not abide by ACCC laws even after being notified about them. I have now had to involve the ACCC as he has become unresponsive and evasive on calls and will have to follow this all the way to the NCAT tribunal to get my refund. what a waste of time and definitely a place to avoid. IF YOU ARE READING THIS BEFORE A PURCHASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I placed an order through their website and process payment via their card gateway payment then received a call from the company said that I have to head to the bank and cancel the payment has been made, then transfer direct to their bank account.
So I head to the bank and they refused to cancel or refund my pay as it has been approved. So when I texted the Coffee Beanary they asked me to email them as they will not respond to text. After email them, I got no reply. I called them again and they said apology for this matter but they can not refund or send me the product that I paid. I have to sort it out by myself. Thats so hilarious and masterpiece of service that I have ever experience in my life. Wish you go further and grow bigger with such a scam activity business. Cheers!

Bought 3 grinders and a pug press on 24 July tried to contact them on phone and email no reply blocked my number. Today I give a call with my sons phone asking for my order they ended the call and blocked the number. Don’t waste your money and time with these stupid donuts. Hahah love how fast they replied to this comment but not to our emails and calls very pathetic and if anyone doesn’t believe this I’m happy to show receipts and emails.

Placed an order in September and up till November nothing no communication or anything very hard to contact and kept saying next week next week and still nothing after 2 months they said apply for a refund via email did that then they replied as we no longer use square card gateway I had to contact my bank , what an absolute joke you took the money you pay it back bloody no good scammers, they kept blaming de longhi , please whatever you do do not do business with this company you will be disappointed

Was waiting for the machine for 7 weeks at which point we requested a refund due to lack of communication or any solid timeline.
Was told to do a chargeback rather than getting a refund directly. Put a negative review here and was mysteriously told 'oh wait we can do refunds now if you take down the negative review'. Sat pending in our account for seven days and was cancelled at the last minute so the review is back.
If it walks like a scam and quacks like a scam...

We ordered a machine and paid $2500. It didn't arrive and we emailed them requesting for a refund. They advised us to email them, which we do. Nothing has been done. This is a rip off scam. Never purchase anything from this company. Will be reporting them.

I'm sorry to have to add another negative review. I ordered and paid for my $3000 coffee machine in August and was told delivery would be by the end of September. Coffee Beanery are no longer responding to my email queries about the status of the order and I'm $3000 down, with no coffee machine and no idea if it's ever coming. Beware.

I ordered a Simonelli Oscar 2 on the 1st August Order number 83650.
This company is a scam!
Please don't go through the same thing I've just gone through.
They strung me along for 2 and half months, promising that my machine would be delivered soon. Telling me it was on a container on its way to Australia. After a month and a half, I was told the container was here and my product would be dispatched soon. That was never going to happen! When I next spoke to them, they said the container was arriving next week!! I'd already been told it had arrived. They couldn't even keep their story straight. I realised after two and a half months that I had been scammed. So I put in a dispute with PayPal for $1520. Luckily I received my money back after paypal ruled in my favour. After I received my money I ordered the same machine through Coffee Parts and it arrived within the week! As it should. Do yourself a favour, order from them instead.

I placed on order for hard to source Bialetti coffee pods on Thursday 12th October 2023 and thru the chat option was advised by the "bot" that it would be delivered by Monday 16th October.
A phone call to the Coffee Beanery 1300 number confirmed the delivery time and that a fresh shipment had just arrived.True to their word the pods arrived this morning.

No doubt he’ll reply fake review on this like he has on all the other 1 star posts but please ignore it.
The owner appears to have some mental health issues going on & has zero care for his customers or their money.

Was a bit thrown by some of the negative reviews I’d read here after I had placed my order with them. But Josh from Coffee Beanery gave me a reassuring call they have fulfilled my order and it had been dispatched. Received the goods I had ordered within 2 business days of speaking with Josh - all in good and new condition. All in all I’m happy with my experience and product purchased.
Lost 1 start because it took 1 week longer than the eta for postage. Plus communication could have been better. The coffee machine I purchased was a factory 2nd, very happy with the machine.
UPDATE 3: So we took action through NCAT against the Company and the Director (who is obviously trading insolvent). He admitted fully that we are owed a refund, despite saying here that he has never heard of us. The Tribunal Member stated that he has breached the Consumer Law and ordered that he refund us immediately. He requested payment by instalments of $500 per week due to cash flow issues.... again, proof of trading insolvent despite his nonsense that he has run this successful business for 13 years. As expected, he has made 1 payment and then gone into radio silence again. I sincerely wish more people would read these reviews prior to visiting his business website.
UPDATE 2: What a crock! You know exactly who this is because you refuse to take my calls. I have a paid invoice (number 203276) dated 17 July 2023 for a Megacrem Compact Coffee Machine and a Mazzer Mini Grinder for $4049. This was ordered by a not-for-profit small rugby union club in Currumbin Queensland who simply cannot afford to lose this kind of money.
Your company lied to Fair Trading about processing a refund but they have said that they will follow up to make sure the refund is received. I welcome any person who doubts my review to email me at accounts at alleygators.com.au for a copy of our invoice and full payment.
UPDATE: The Office of Fair Trading spoke with the company and they have forwarded the information to their accounts department to organise a refund. This was over 2 weeks ago, and we still have not been contacted.
Purchased and paid for a coffee machine and grinder 5 weeks ago and cannot get in contact with the owner or anyone else to arrange a refund. When purchasing, I advised it was for a business premises so we wanted it promptly but we have never ever received any communication or correspondence now that they have received our payment. We are a not-for-profit sporting club and we don't have thousands of dollars to spare. We have also attempted contact via the online chat - nothing. The only way to get in touch is to ring from another number but now he just hangs up. I don't know if we will ever receive a refund but we are hoping the Office of Fair Trading can help!
