The service provided was excellent!

The load was larger than originally anticipated, but this was handled professionally and the additional payment was processed quickly and easily.

The entire waste collection process was smooth and hassle-free, and I couldn’t be happier with the service.

I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again in the future!

Clearabee came to collect kitchen waste booked through Wren on 19 October. I showed the driver the waste at the back of the house. He said there was too much for one trip and he'd come back.

What he didn't mention: on the way out, the crew took our Victorian cast-iron fireplace from the front of the house. It wasn't waste, wasn't on the booking, and nobody asked or told us. Our door camera caught it.

I contacted them within the hour. The reply: it had been "disposed of" at a transfer station and was "not recoverable". No site name, no photos, no attempt to look for it, no compensation. Then silence.

Watch exactly what leaves your property before the van does. Better yet, use someone else.

I cannot recommend Clearabee highly enough! The men who came to remove my settee were friendly, polite and efficient. It was a huge settee to remove. They made it seem easy! Never complained once. Communication was excellent. The whole experience was first class and I would definitely use them again if required! Thank you.

Predatory Upselling & Unverified Weights – Total Breach of Contract
Paid £149.99 upfront for a "Small Load" (150kg limit) to clear domestic tiles from a tiny 2m x 1.7m (3.4 sqm) bathroom floor. Mathematically, this debris weighs a maximum of 102kg. Despite being well within my limit, the operative refused the collection based on a lazy "visual estimate" with zero calibrated scales or objective evidence, demanding illegal fees to complete the job.
The driver also claimed the waste needed to be bagged, directly contradicting Clearabee’s own website policy which explicitly states that for a Man & Van service, waste does not need bagging and reasonable labour is included. They took my money and abandoned the rubble on my property.
Clearabee heavily filters their website reviews to look legitimate, but independent platforms tell the real story. Numerous clients on public boards complain about this exact predatory upselling tactic

I booked Clearabee at short notice to collect a sofa while moving my mother into a residential care home. A few days later, I needed to add a second sofa to the collection, which was accommodated without any difficulty.

The drivers really made the experience. They arrived on time, were friendly, courteous and thoroughly professional throughout. They worked efficiently, were extremely helpful and showed genuine sensitivity to what was a stressful situation for the family.

Their willingness to accommodate our needs and make the collection as straightforward as possible was particularly appreciated.

The whole experience was a very pleasant surprise. Excellent service, particularly from the collection team, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Clearabee.
