Waited in all day
Waited in all day from 7am for a collection. Timeslot kept getting later until without any contact to let me know I noticed the date had changed to next week, which is not convenient for me as am working. No apologies and didn’t even text or email to let me know. The office has now closed so can’t ring to check. Very frustrating experience.

Unrealiable & Lack good communication
Booked in for same day collection as needed waste taking a way to meet a deadline for it to be removed. Clearabee offered same day collection. Great booking system, it was processed and confirmed with a time slot window of about 4hours.
Then 10minutes before the time slot was up I got an automated email saying 'Thanks, we've recieved your order update request'
Im thinking I haven't changed anything, loaded it up on the website and was a new slot given for collection date in another 3days.
There was no communication from anyone to explain the date change or to check whether it was ok to change the date.
Thats unreliable for me and I dont trust that come the new date it happens again, even so it couldnt wait until then.
Cancellation and Refund requested, which they confirmed straight away and they say it can take up to 10 business days to refund.

Excellent service. Helpful staff when looking for a quote and the collection was problem free even though the items were spread around the property eg., kitchen, garage and garden. Will use again and recommend to friends and family.
