This couldn't possibly be a scam?

I see that Classic Parade have now added Private Jet charter to their list of services.
One wonders how long it will be before they also add boat charters and/or trips to the Moon?

As for their "Lottery", where they are offering the chance to win a weekend free hire of a super car, they don't seem to have included the licence number issued by the Gaming Board, there is the possibility that the only "Winner" will be the bank account of Classic Parade and, just in case they have forgotten what their licence number is, I have passed the details onto the Gaming Board's help line in order that they can assist Classic Parade with this minor error.

Incredible weekend / experience with…

Incredible weekend / experience with the Rolls Royce Cullinan.

Classic Parade operates a particularly good and highly thought through business, with open communication at anytime 24/7 from Andy and his crew.

The cars handover was very informative and detailed which enhanced the whole driving pleasure and customer experience in total, to wrap it up the paperwork was straight to the point and effortless with no hidden clauses / extras which allowed me to feel super comfortable and relaxed with such an expensive vehicle as the Rolls Royce Cullinan. The vehicle was in like new condition and detailed to the highest standards possible for the eye.

Please reach out to Andy and his crew for a fun time in an exclusive vehicle. it’s a 10/10 from me.

They were able to help me out last minute with a Lamborghini for my sisters wedding. The family is very happy with the service received from the first phone call when the whole service was described in detail up until when the Lamborghini was picked up on the last day. FAST & FURIOUS EAT UR HEART OUT!!!

To say these guy's know their stuff is an understatement. Myself and some friends were looking for something this Eid celebrations extra special, and after some previous less-than stellar experiences with other car hire co, we decided on having a go with car parade. Their advertising and customer service was 5 star (shout out Mia!) and their rates were very reasonable given how pricey other rentals tend to be. Suffice to say our group had an epic Eid in no small part to the fine wheels supplied by Classic parade....take it from me, if you're looking to cruise the streets in style (without breaking the bank) look no further than Classic Parade!

SCAM! AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Before even getting into it, Classic Parade will likely leave a comment saying that this review is fake or that they can't find my details in their system, but you'll notice that they do this with any bad reviews that they get because they don't want to be exposed as the horrible company they are.

I booked a Mclaren 765LT Spider for my wedding. All communication is done through email with A***** B**** (I've had to censor his name but you can figure it out if you read some of the other reviews). I had to pay a £5000 refundable deposit and £1000 for the cost of hire. I was asked to send this via bank transfer which I thought was suspicious but they seemed to be a very reputable company so I went ahead and sent it. I then sent photos of our driver licences as asked. I was then told that everything was booked and that they would be in touch 24 hours before the booking to arrange the delivery of the car.

THE DAY BEFORE my wedding, I got an email saying that the car I booked was "displaying the engine management light". They then asked if I wanted them to try to get the car from a third party company. I agreed as my wedding was the next day. Later in the day I was told that the third party company did not have a similar car so they would process a refund. The next day they sent me an email confirming that the refund had been processed and I should receive it within two working days.

After five working days I had not received my refund so I emailed them back letting them know. They replied back six days later saying that the refund would be processed the next day even though they had previously told me it had been processed. After five more days they sent another email saying that the refund was now being processed and that I should receive the refund within 24 hours. I didn't.

This cycle repeated itself multiple times. A***** would constantly make excuses for the delay and would give a new refund date only for it to not arrive. He even told me that he would give me compensation and free car hire for the day but never fulfilled any of these promises.

I sent two legal letters to A***** and Classic Parade. The first included a summary of what happened, the amount of money I'm owed and a deadline of 14 working days to reply or else court proceedings will begin. The second was a final warning that if I did not receive my money back within 14 working days I would begin court proceedings.

I received an email from A***** asking that I remove a negative review about Classic Parade. But they didn't check the name on the review because it wasn't me. The next day A***** said that they would be ready to make the refund payment within an hour, he just wanted me to confirm my bank details and remove any negative reviews. I just sent him my bank details and of course I received nothing.

Classic Parade heavily rely on good reviews to bring in customers. If you post a negative review they will claim that it is a fake review and email you saying that they will return your money if you remove your review or change it to a positive one. I have monitored the Google reviews and have seen 1 star reviews change to 5 star reviews. I can't say for certain that all the reviews are fake, some people may have good experiences.

I have now stopped contacting A***** and Classic Parade as I don't want to waste any more time playing they're stupid games. I am now in the process of starting court proceedings.

I have no idea how a business like this has been able to run for so long. AVOID CLASSIC PARADE because it is not worth risking your money with a company like this. It has been just a little over 5 MONTHS since I sent them my money and have received nothing but EXCUSES since. I will be trying to spread the truth about this company through social media/review websites/news outlets so people know to avoid this DISGUSTING COMPANY.

I have now started court proceedings and Classic Parade have 2 weeks to reply to my claim.

BEWARE - SCAM: No car, no refund.

I had a nice car booked as a surprise for my father visiting from abroad. Received an email the day before saying they were unable to sort insurance for the car, and offered a refund. I replied saying that I understood, and accepted the refund. Since then, almost two years have passed with no reply to my messages and no refund - this is clearly a SCAM establishment and you should protect YOUR MONEY.

Now they have the audacity to threaten legal action for my supposedly "malicious" review - so clearly they want to keep their Trustpilot page clean in order to SCAM MORE PEOPLE.

Total con....

Total con. We wanted to book the new TVR Griffith for 3 days in May and received a quote with 4 colour options....
Problem: We have found there is only ONE TVR Griffith in existence and it is red, and has been parked in a unit in Hampshire for over a year.
Who this company thinks it is trying to fool is anyones guess, just glad we looked at the reviews here and online before parting with any money.
Incredible they offer a car on their website they clearly don't have access to.
Looking at other reviews presumably they would have phoned the day before with some excuse.
DON'T BE CONNED !!!

Wait for it..... they will now doubt come on here now with the same old rubbish that we are a competitor or somesuch - No we are not !!!

And after the reply below: the car you clearly advertise for rent is a one off prototype, there is ONE in the world and you have no access to it. It is red.

Further to the ridiculous reply below, (see earlier prediction of their response) we have sent your email to Trustpilot. We have nothing to do with your competitors so your stock excuse for a negative review just doesn’t work.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I will probably get a response to this review saying its fake or they can’t find me on the system but they definitely can as I will explain
Last summer I tried to hire the f-type SVR on their website, I went through the process and paid the rental fee and deposit. On the morning it was meant to arrive at an hour late I phoned to see where it was and if everything was ok. When you phone the main number it just goes through to an answering team who I doubt work for the company or know whats going on, they just pass all information on and say I will get a call back, but they never phone they just email. I got an email back saying unfortunately the SVR has broken down, some problem with the gearbox, I was told they will see if they can get a replacement or a full refund. I waited most of the day for a replacement but eventually they emailed to say they can’t get one so I will receive a full refund straight away. Since then months passed with me emailing and trying to get through to someone on the phone everyday chasing my refund. With excuses of internal issues I was even told it had been refunded but it takes a while for the transaction to go through. Eventually after another chase I got an email requesting my bank details again and a few minutes later I received my money in full so they obviously hadn’t tried until then.
The owner said he would let me know when the car was repaired as below
I am so very sorry about the inconvenience this situation has caused, may I please process a refund straight away and provide you the vehicle free of charge once it is back on the road?
After months of trying to find out if the car was repaired I decided to leave a review about my poor experience. I noticed on other reviews that people had the same experience with the excuse of the car breaking down on the way to be delivered. I doubt they ever tried to deliver the car but were quite happy to take my money and I was lucky enough to get it back eventually. After leaving a review similar to this I received a response through trust pilot asking for further information such as invoice/order numbers etc, I then received a call from the owner. He said the business was struggling and they had their insurance cancelled so he asked if I would take my reviews down and he will let me know when they are back up and running and again promised the SVR free of charge. I believed him at the time and he rang on his mobile so I removed the reviews and received the below text
thank you ever so much for removing the review. Sadly our vehicle finance company will not allow customers to insure vehicles, we have tried to explore this route, but it breaches our terms & conditions with the finance company. I do promise to be in touch with you the very moment we are back up and running.
I am very thankful for your patience and understanding with this matter
Since then I have tried to find out if they are back up and running through email, text, whatsapp and calling etc but have never got a response. I notice plenty of others have left reviews since so I presume they are back up and running or the cars they are renting don’t have insurance etc. I can’t believe people have good reviews on this company, these are more likely to be fake after the experience I had. I won’t be removing this review until the car has been delivered.

I requested an Audi R8 for 1 day hire as it was for my wedding, the amount of £2,700 was already paid for. The day before my wedding I get an email from classic parade saying that the car cannot be delivered because their insurance company has sadly terminated their self drive hire insurance due to an increased number of accidents this year. At this time, they do not have a replacement insurer and are unable to have the vehicles ready for my reservation. They then gave me an option of refunding my money which I replied back saying I’d like my money refunded. Ever since then I’ve been trying to phone classic parade but the phone kept ringing and ringing and no one picks up the call. I’ve been sending numerous emails trying to chase up for MY money and I’m still yet to receive my refund.

I keep getting the same responses back from him saying internal issues since November and it seems like excuses. Nothing has been resolved and 5 months later still no refund. Do not go with the company guys - you will only get your money taken. No professionalism from the owner whatsoever. Really bad service. I will be taking this forward
