Reliable and Trustworthy

Reliable and Trustworthy, I was a bit nervous hiring a luxury car for the first time, but Starr Luxury made the whole process straightforward and reassuring.
Communication was clear, the car was presented perfectly, and there were no surprises. I'd happily use them again and recommend them to others.

Excellent Service and a Stunning Car- I booked Star Luxury for a weekend hire and couldn't be happier with experience. The car was immaculate and clearly very looked after. The team were friendly , easy to communicate with, and took the time to explain everything clearly, it felt like a premium service from start to finish.

It was a great Supercar experience "Lamborghini Huracan"

From the initial enquiry to returning the car, Starr Luxury were great. I hired a Lamborghini Huracan for a special weekend and the car was delivered in immaculate condition. The team took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole thing feel relaxed . This is how luxury car hire should be done.

4 months, £5k deposit still unreturned

Car was good and pick up easy but be warned that we've been waiting now over 4 months for our £5k deposit. The company have cited 'internal issues' that have prevented them paying it back. They have promised for months that it will come back and they keep pushing the date back so be warned.

Absolutely perfect

Absolutely perfect! If you're looking for a luxury transfer, your search ends here. I wholeheartedly recommend this company. The organization and execution are flawless. We received excellent advice, and our chauffeur in Paris became a friend. The Rolls Royce and the S-Class were also fantastic. A huge thank you, especially to Mr. Rum Nejad! Good experience overall

Had initially booked a Porsche Boxster for a week, but since that car had been involved in a crash, I got offered an upgrade to a Porsche 911 Cabrio for not that much more. Aaron delivered the car to me at the airport on time and was very helpful pointing out and documenting any and all existing blemishes on the car.

Overall a very positive rental experience from start to finish. Thank you to all the team.

I rented a brand new 2025 Defender from…

I rented a brand new 2025 Defender from Starr Luxury Car Rental in London for a week and had a great experience from start to finish.

The car was super comfortable, spacious, and perfect for my road trip down to Somerset and Oxford.

What really stood out was the service! Starr delivered the car straight to my home and picked it up when the rental was over, which made the whole process really easy and stress-free.

The team was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. If you’re looking for a high-end car rental with top-notch service, I’d definitely recommend giving them a try.

Fantastic service received from start…

Fantastic service received from start to finish received from Joe and refundable deposit paid back before the usual 7-10 working days that is in the t&c's. Would definitely recommend Starr and use them again in the future.

Booked for Celeb transportation

Used Starr Luxury with Ike over the weekend to transport a celebrity from hotel to venues and be on standby the whole night.
All positive feedback, polite drivers, on time, reachable with mobile number and clean cars.
Easy to use with payment link before the booking. No hiccups. Thanks guys

Lamborghini experience - 5 stars!

Rented a Lamborghini for my husband’s birthday in London. We had an incredible experience and honestly he has never been happier. I highly recommend! We had a great weekend and the customer service was very helpful. Thanks to the team!

A top notch five star service

I was very impressed with how they handled my rental request from the beginning—providing a quotation, delivering the car, and later collecting it. That’s the level of performance you expect from a 5-star rental car company. I originally used them for our hotel owner, and I will definitely be suggesting them to our hotel guests.

First experience getting a jet

My wife was injured abroad and we needed to get home. I use SLC to order (for the first time) a private jet to get us back. They were great at sorting one out and made everything as smooth as it possibly could be. A huge relief - and money very well spent.

Very Good Experience

This was the third time we’ve used Starr Lux cars. We’ve had a G63 AMG, Huracan and a BRABUS G Wagon. Every occasion we have had the car delivered and picked up. All 3 times have been a very good experience, will be back! Thanks guys.

Average experience, no deposit returned.

I rented a car for the weekend from this company. The overall experience was fine although no documentation about insurance was sent prior to hire and the checkout report was slightly wrong (this was rectified when I notified them).

After the hire I was told 10 days max for the full deposit to be returned. It never arrived so I emailed them and was then told next Friday at the latest. Still no deposit or reply to a follow up email.

Currently at 3 weeks when companies of this type release a hold within a day. This company don’t even seem to use use a holding system but take the deposit as a payment and then don’t return it.

Update: this wasn’t rectified until March 4th and only because I opened a dispute through the card company.

I would never recommend this company to anyone

Our experience with this company was completely unprofessional. Their customer service was terrible, as we had to wait days just to get a response.

When it came to our deposit, we were forced to chase them for months before finally getting our money back. The lack of communication and accountability made the whole process frustrating and unacceptable.

I would never recommend this company to anyone, as their unreliable and unprofessional approach makes them impossible to trust.

We had an extremely disappointing…

We had an extremely disappointing experience with this company on multiple occasions.

The first time, they informed us just one day before our wedding that the car we had booked was suddenly unavailable, leaving us scrambling to rearrange our plans and adjust our entire photoshoot around a different vehicle. This last-minute change caused a lot of unnecessary stress on what was supposed to be a special day.

The second time, getting our deposit back turned into a nightmare – we had to chase them for over two months just to receive our own money. Their lack of communication made the process even more frustrating.

To make matters worse, their customer service was appalling – we were constantly left waiting days for any response, with little to no accountability for their failures.

After such unprofessional and unreliable service, I would strongly warn anyone against using this company. I have already advised several business contacts to stay far away from them, and I will continue to do so.

Really happy with the service

Really happy with the service. Tesla was delivered to me clean and fully charged and picked up at the end of the hire period. All very efficient. Would also like to shout out Rion who was particularly helpful, polite and courteous.

Fraud

I had a deeply disappointing experience with this service during my recent trip to Turkey. I paid €750 in advance for a Rolls Royce, expecting a premium, hassle-free experience. However, I was left stranded at my destination with no driver contact information provided and no communication from their team upon my arrival.

After waiting with no updates, I was forced to take a taxi instead, completely defeating the purpose of booking a luxury service. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially considering the high cost and the expectations set by their brand.

I am now out €750 for a service that was never delivered, and I urge others to avoid this company until they make serious improvements to their communication and customer service processes. This was an incredibly frustrating and costly experience.
