They supposedly cleaned my flat but left it filthy… I actually can’t believe I paid them.
Dirty bedsheets, cleaning materials left out and all after I paid for 3.5 hour deep clean.
Maria is very nice but they have crappy cleaners who obviously don’t give a $&@- so my advice is Do NOT use this company and definitely don’t pay them until after you have seen their work…

Extremely poor and unreliable service
Extremely poor and unreliable service, the company is dodgy and more than likely abuses immigrant cleaners by paying them below the minimum rate, imposing unreasonable working hours and conditions. I contacted City Cleaners to do a thorough deep cleaning of my rental property and agreed to pay the fee before the works took place to ensure the slot was booked as I wanted it done asap. On the day in question, I got a text message telling me that the cleaners were running late, which was fine by me, but then 30 minutes later I got another text message telling me that the works had been cancelled and that I should be contacting them to reschedule the cleaning! Such impertinence and unprofessionalism after I made it clear that this was an urgent job. I of course requested my money back but they refused to refund me even though I made it known that I did not want to use their services again. Now I'm having to take legal action against them. In short, I wouldn't recommend this company to clean your dog's kennel, let alone your property. They are liars, thieves and criminals.
