Avoid. Prepaid £74 for a standard clean. 3 people showed up and stayed for just over 30 minutes. No windows cleaned, sills, skirting, banisters and shelves not dusted and showers left with black marks in the tile grout that can be cleaned off. Was told the girls didn’t lift the blinds. When I contacted them I was met with attitude, I had to ask how it can be rectified as no solutions were offered. Very poor standard. Unprofessional would not recommend.

Such a brilliant experience with Sparkle Park Cleaning Co.. Not only was the cleaning excellent, but they also helped organise parts of my home which made such a difference. Professional, trustworthy and very hardworking. If you live around Wembley Park and need cleaning or organising help, I would definitely recommend them.

This cleaning company is great. I've used them for a starter deep clean and ongoing regular cleans. Their customer service team is quick to respond and the cleaners are flexible to changing needs (as far as swapping a day when needed, etc). The 3 that come to the house are lovely, efficient, open to feedback and quickly remediate anything missed. My house is left looking and smelling lovely every time.

I hope to continue using this company for many years to come.

I’m really disappointed - despite good communication with their customer service team ahead of time - the team of 3 cleaners who turned up at my mother’s property were there for a total of 35 minutes - barely cleaned, didn’t dust bleach or even clean the windows. I actually don’t know what they even did in that time.

Do not waste your time and money. I wish I’d read all of the negative reviews before sending money to them in advance. Clearly taking advantage of honest people who want to pay proper wages to cleaners and try to manipulate you over email - disgraceful.

They didn’t even offer a refund or an apology or anything of that nature.

Emma is wonderful,have a black and a gold retriever almost 2, haven't been able to get them groomed as the golden shows her teeth at scissors, Emma managed it both came back looking and smelling wonderful😀 will be back ❤️

After being let down by a couple of companies, I contacted Sparkle Sparkle to organise a deep clean for my father. The communication was excellent and the booking process very easy. They did a fantastic job and I'll be booking for a fortnightly clean going forward.

Great job and would recommend to anyone on the lookout for this type of service.

Originally used Sparkle for a deep clean when we were moving house. They were amazing - friendly, thorough & good value. They turned up when they were supposed to and nothing was too much trouble.
I was so impressed that I have continued to use them since the move . They are so considerate and do a wonderful job. Thank you all

My daughter won a competition and Sparkle Sparkle kindly donated a prize of a full house deep clean which according to a general guide a deep clean would normally take up to 8hours . Their deep clean costs £550.
Their team of three cleaners turned up and were there about 2 and a half hours during which time they had a fifteen minute break.
When they left the house it had hardly been cleaned never mind deep cleaned .
Dust was still on the furniture the windows and mirrors ( the ones they actually bothered to do )were all streaked and the floor was hardly touched . The glass wear was actually worse than when they began.
Such a disappointment.
Thank goodness she didn’t have to pay and if that’s their idea of a deep clean then they should be ashamed of themselves.
Had the job been done properly then I would’ve had no hesitation of recommending the company but under the circumstances I would advise to stay clear and save your money.
Other companies who donated prizes were absolutely fabulous it’s such a shame I had to post this review.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We hired this company for a Deep Clean service, with an additional add-on shampoo clean. Despite a full specification of the Deep Clean service on their website, they turned up, only shampooed the carpet (which was an add-on we paid for separately), cleaned one or two other minor items, failed to dust, hoover or clean the house properly whatsoever and, as the icing on the cake, their cleaners broke our glass dining table and never informed us. Before we returned to our home, they staged our broken dining table back into a position that looked as if it was fine. Their customer service was then dreadful, they failed to engage with us, failed to escalate our complaint and/or offer any kind of refund despite a mountain of evidence being sent to them. We have now had to raise legal proceedings against them to try and recover our money.

It was a very easy and straightforward experience using Sparkle Sparkle. They responded quickly to my initial query with a reasonable quote and were able to do the job in 3 days time. Our close was very dusty after building work and they cleaned down every surface and shampooed the carpets. The close smelled lovely afterward! We're very happy with the results.

Really impressed with the service offered by Sparkle Sparkle. In particular the websites option to choose exactly which services you want allowed me to personalise exactly what I needed done.
