First time im shopping with this company feeling pretty scared tbh after reading these reviews I’ve just spent £1625 aswell! Hope my order arrives without any issues.

Ordered a Stone Island T Shirt and it was amazing quality and delivered so promptly even giving me a allocated time slot which they fulfilled.
Look forward to using Circle Fashion again.

Only ordered yesterday with standard delivery and the parcel came today with no issues whatsoever. Would defo shop again. Great price and products, would recommend. 👍🏻

Take care signing up to this site. None of the clothes have worked for me at all.I was late sending the last box back and have been charged over £400 for clothes that don’t fit/ suit me. Their customer services have been abrupt and unwilling to listen. It is very hard to return items within 7 working days when you have a full time job. It increasingly looks like a scam- they make their money this way

Guys do not order from this site if you live outside the UK. Also Customer Service is not trustworthy.

My first mistake was not coming here before purchasing in this store, since my story is alike to others here.

So the story started when I got interested in a discounted jacket in this store. Being from Portugal and circle fashion being in the UK I got concerned about customs so I called them.
I spoke to a manager and he guaranteed me VAT would only be payed in my country and I would not be billed for customs. My second mistake, not recording this call.
After this call, being a trusting person I made the purchase.

Couple of days later, I get emails from FedEx with a 120€ bill.
Man I got pissed. All in all I had 2 options:
1) Pay extra 120€ which would be VAT for both UK and Portugal, customs fees, and also extra 15€ for delivery.
2) Refuse the delivery, and risk them not refunding me. Which after from other reviews here I see is pretty common for them.

I went with option 1, overall I ended up with an extremely overpriced jacket, that thankfully is the right size/colour and seems to have no defects.

as a shop,they are probably OK...i did find a jacket i did like withinh reasonable price...

what i DIDNT like IS POSTAGE with FEDEX...

i bought a jacket for 80GBP(cca 90EUR) and agreed to pay custom and tax as i am from Croatia,EU...

what happens next is that the courrier,FEDEX,which they use,decided to make "an extra buck"...

i paid 15GBP for a "delivery",so i expect to pay tax and custom and thats it...

BUT...

after days,i got an email from some firm that they have my jacket and i need to send them all documents so "they can do custom for me"...

i ordered before from UK and NEVER anybody asked anything like that...

they wanted all documents to prove all what they already have,who send,who recive and how much that cost...

all what they already have...furthermore,they demanded that i sign authorization for them so they can do custom...

so,jacket cost cca 90EUR,custom were cca 30EUR...
but,this sister firm from FEDEX charge 20EUR more for the "procedure"...
perhaps i could swallow money and pay 55EUR custom and tax for 90EUR product...
but sending all documents and more signed authorization were simply too much..
so i returned the jacket back and lost 15GBP in process...

IF i knew about this,I WOULD NEVER ORDER IN FIRST PLACE...
scamming their customers from EU in such way is horriblle and simply BAD...

custom is there to make custom process,FEDEX were paid for delivery,NOT to make process and procedure out of it and get more money along the way for something not needed at all...

by using this FEDEX courrier,says more about CIRCLE FASHION,as they use it and allow FEDEX to rip off their customers and make harder whole proces,which should be very easy...

I AM CERTAIN I WONT SHOP AGAIN IN CIRCLE FASHION FOR THIS...

The most horrible company ever after three months of doing a return i didn’t get my money back 264£ and they have received mya return!
I have called thousands times and the response never came back from them !
Avoid buying in this company because you never get what you expect and you lose your money forever !
This is the most horrible experience that i had in buying !
Please avoid if you don’t want to lose a good amount of money!

I spoke to Alix a representive on the phone about getting next day delivery for me, she went out of her way to organising this and the item arrived the next day with no issues.

Very happy with customer support, its my first time using online shopping for clothes and first time using circle, will definitely use circle again.

Horrible customer service spoke to a man named Abbas very unhelpfull blaming the customer for damage without looking in to the problem. Placed a order i recieved it damaged he saying i received parcel so nothing they can do i did not pay £520 for a box . He was not willing to look into the damage or speak to dpd. No respect for customers at all did not respond to emails i had to ring store multiple times and got told nothing they can do. AVOID AT ALL COST. (We will happily give you a full refund or exchange if the item(s) are returned in the ... Faulty goods must be returned within 28 days from dispatch date.) <<<< LIES they will not give return or refund.

Have used circle fashion for a few bits now and never an issue. Good price, great gear and prompt delivery. Trust them more than a lot of others out there as you get what you see at a good price. Never had an issue but I'm sure they would deal with it if I did have one.

The products are good the customer service to do exchanges is horrible, They sent me the wrong color hoodies and clearly have my money and wont answer any messages via , webpage chat, text messages, facebook, or anywhere that you can possibly try to reach out to them. Only when you make a big enough fuss would they act like they will do something but at the end they will avoid you and do their best to not do the exchange or refund your money.

Always decent clothing at good prices with regular discount codes. I use them regularly and never had an issue. All good!! Plus delivery is by dpd which are by far the best delivery company in the uk

Fast and efficient delivery with good communication via courier. Shirt I ordered was just as described and a good price - would use Circle again

Trust me, I have a lot of experience of internet shopping at this was sadly, by far, my worst one. I experienced a late return because of X-Mas, and was given in-store-credit and no refund (they mostly speak about that as refund to make you think you will get a real refund). Once I tried to make a new order and return it for a refund as promised(!), I got in-store-credit again and had to pay for an extremely expensive return shipping (65€) for some reason. I was finally forced to make an order to be able to sell the product by myself later on, in order to have a chance get some of the money back, some day, eventually. I will probebly lose around 400-500€ on this, including the cost of return shipping. This is a warning, because in case you don't want what you bought and the return just happens to be late, as many shipments are during these times, you might be in some big trouble. Their customer service by email is also mostly extremely slow, which does make all of this even worse. Stay safe! Best regards from Finland!

Brilliant items at an even better price. Customer service was second to none, items arrived next day - a lot quicker than expected. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again.

Awful. Ordered some Rockrunners, they arrived with worn soles, scuffs on the side and the rubber has come away from the toe on both shoes, can't trust this place and won't shop here again unless something is done about this, no contact has been returned so far.

First time buying from here.
Ordered an Off White T-shirt and it arrived 3 days later! All perfect, love it, defiantly recommend!

I have made order for internatioal delivery to EU, and have paid full price (with taxes) + delivery.
Several days later I have received email from EU custom that shipment is subject to custom and I should pay additional taxes and import fees.
I decided to return delivery and send email to Circle Fashion, stated that I am interested in tax free shopping, if I need to pay import duties.
I received email 6 day after (box is still at EU custom, as I can see by tracking), with info that I'll be charged for return delivery costs.
It means that I can choose between a) to pay double tax and other import duties b) to pay both way shipping costs (15GBP one way).
On their website thay say no word about delivery costs and import duties to EU country and make people think wrong.
Today (1st March) I have received email with info that refund has been done with -15GBP for shipping fees. That is better then 30GBP or double tax fee.
I still do not know how to make tax free order, because for EU and either non-EU countries, in basket I see (and need to pay) full price??
