Order a Paul and shark jumper, delivery was quicker than expected which made a nice change. Item was well package and once opened no defects were found. All in all a great experience.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
I've had an on-going dispute with this company from Dec for a lost parcel, now DPD headoffice is involved they've ignore my LAST TWO EMAILS asking for an update.

Ordered some boots on Monday and they arrived on Tuesday which was brilliant, however the wrong discount was applied so I emailed them and they corrected it straight away and sent me a refund. Just wanted to say the customer service is exceptional so easy and straight forward

Website won’t accept payment, error their end, not mine staff really un helpful

I purchased a backpack from you in August, and unfortunately, the stitching started to come away on the strap.

I sent the backpack to yourselves on the 7th of October, and you then shipped it back to Valentino on the 27th of October.

On the 25th of November, I received an email stating you were still waiting for a response from Valentino.

We are now in December still no up date.

the customer service is very poor I would like a refund ASAP as this is a on going nightmere.

I placed an order Monday morning for next day delivery, but never received a confirmation so I was expecting my parcel to come the next day,my order didn’t arrive and also wasn’t sent a tracking link so I rang and they was helpful and told me that it would now be delivered the following day. It did arrive the following day but it could be improved by sending updates / confirmations on the orders or a tracking link.

I bought a Fendi bag online on Wednesday morning with a wonderful saving of 20% having used a discount code. I paid for next day delivery and on Thursday the bag hadn’t arrived yet the money had been taken from my account. I emailed later that evening with no response.

I had to call them Friday to be told that they couldn’t find the item and that they would have to refund me. WHY IS IT ADVERTISED THEN?

An apology was then given but this is no way to retain custom.

Can’t fault the service or quality of the item. Stone island Marina Print hoody. Arrived perfectly packaged.
