I originally had a disappointing experience with Circle Fashion due to some confusion regarding a high-value order and the payment method. My original order was paid by card and confirmed as “Payment Received”, but it was subsequently refunded, and I was initially asked to make a bank transfer before the order could be dispatched.

After I posted my review, Alisha contacted me personally and took the time to explain the situation. She acknowledged that the information in the initial email had been incorrect and explained the insurance restrictions relating to high-value orders and cards registered outside of UK.

I placed a new order using a UK-issued card, and Circle Fashion made sure the new order was properly processed and dispatched.

I think it is important to update my review because the company genuinely made an effort to resolve the situation, and the customer service I received afterwards was excellent.

⭐ Disappointing Customer Service Experience

I visited Circle Fashion to return an item that had been ordered online. Their website states that the store closes at 5:30pm, so we made sure to arrive before closing at around 5:10pm. However, when we arrived, the shutters were already partly down and the lights appeared to be switched off, which immediately made us feel as though we were an inconvenience.

Unfortunately, the customer service from the gentleman at the counter was extremely disappointing. We weren’t even greeted with a simple hello, and he seemed completely disinterested in assisting us. His overall attitude came across as unwelcoming and lacking the level of customer service you would expect from a store selling premium designer goods.

What makes this particularly disappointing is that I was actually prepared to spend over £1,000 in the store that evening. Had the initial approach been friendlier and more welcoming, I very likely would have done so.

I believe the manager came over afterwards, and the difference in service was significant. He was polite, approachable and much more professional. In fact, because of the way he dealt with us, I ended up purchasing an item of significant value despite originally only coming in to make a return.

Sadly, the experience ended on another poor note. When I paid for the item, the gentleman at the counter didn’t even offer a basic thank you or goodbye.

For a premium fashion retailer, customer service should match the products and prices being offered. A simple greeting, some courtesy and making customers feel welcome costs nothing.

The manager deserves credit for being polite and professional, but unfortunately the attitude of the other member of staff completely changed my impression of the store. Safe to say, I wouldn’t choose to shop at this branch again.

Absolutely first class service from start to finish, emailed on Sunday for sizing information, received it within a couple of hours to allow me to buy the right size, ordered and within the hour had an email saying it was packed and ready to go. Received the item on Tuesday well packed and just as described and with a follow up email as well.

Fantastic service from Circle. I ordered a shirt at 9am on Saturday and it arrived the very next day, which is incredibly fast. The item was half‑price in the sale and great quality. Really impressed and highly recommend this company.

I had to return an item because of a sizing issue. According to Circle-Fashion’s return policy, the returned item had to arrive within 15 days of delivery. However, despite being a return shipment, customs held the package for nearly a month, claiming it was a high-value item, and even imposed import duties.

Throughout this difficult process, the Circle-Fashion Customer Service Team went above and beyond by contacting both customs and the postal service to help resolve the issue. Even though the return was completed more than a month later due to circumstances completely beyond my control, they still honored the refund.

I sincerely appreciate their understanding, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. This experience has given me even greater confidence in Circle-Fashion, and I would be more than happy to shop with them again in the future. Thank you very much for your exceptional support.

Bought a C.P. Company shirt from Circle, £90 cheaper than anywhere else that had it in stock, I ordered after the 1pm cut off for next day but it still arrived at 10:30 the following day.

Fast delivery & only minor problem with delivery company but Circle Fashion reacted immediately and my parcel was delivered within ten minutes. I could not ask for better service and their pricing was amazing. Delighted to recommend.

Rang the day I received it told them the situation spoke to Mia female manager who said she was (not believe) hanged up on my face amd never picked up after that

So mentioning guidelines and government procedures became abuse or did you just hang up because i killed your ego

Haven’t used circle for a few years ,made an order delivery was fast .I had to return 1 item & had a fast refund.excellent service ,will definitely be making more orders .highly recommended 👍

I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews. I had a great experience with circle fashion. The jacket arrived promptly and well packaged and is brand new no issues whatsoever. Thank you to a Alisha and Chloe in the circle fashion customer service team for their help.

Absolutely horrendous service….
Ordered a jacket for a Christmas present.
Circle fashion use DPD Local knowing full well there’s a issue with
Surprise, surprise the jacket was missing when I arrived home even tho the email stated it could not be left.
11 weeks on, multiple emails and phones calls circle still claim we’re still waiting to hear from DPD, so no jacket and no refund.
I didn’t purchase the jacket from DPD, I purchased it from you circle!!
Avoid at all costs!

Well before I ordered from circle fashion I read the poor reviews, I can honestly say that my experience is nothing like i have read .
I ordered a Stone island jumper in XL which has been my size on other items I have from this brand .
The parcel arrived within 72 hours , I ordered on Sunday, tried it on , too big , took it to my local post office the same day and returned it .
The following day it had been delivered and I had had confirmation that the credit had been instructed back to my card .
Ordered a large and it is on its way .
If I have a minor criticism and it is minor , I paid for the return , but no big deal .
Would recommend this company

I Got a Stone Island jacket from circle fashion and im very happy with the product and got a great deal. Delivery was speedy 48hrs. Will defo shop with these guys again

Found the Belstaff Jacket i was after at a great price at Circle Fashion. Had never ordered from here before but placing an order online was a simple process and delivery was within a couple of days. Was kept upto date throughout the delivery process and will definitely be ordering from here again!

I have never received my parcel and despite following process as described on their website and despite being incorrectly quoted by Max I am still no further forwards. I feel I am being ignored! Horrific customer service. Do not use.
