The Leather Nectar product made my aftermarket Leather seat covers in my car Noticeably Softer after multiple applications of Chemical Guys Leather Nectar, I Highly Recommend this product.

Ordered their $100 bucket for $59.99 and when it was delivered the box was all wet so after opening I found multiple bottles leaking fluid also came with a bucket but no lid to hold the products in so I called and sent them pictures to no avail they don't care about happy customers also the $100 order came with $54.96 worth of products which I can't use as the contents are all over the box NEVER WILL ORDER ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM THEM I will stay with Torque Detail or Adam's Polishes this company is a joke and their customer service department is non existent

Worst customer service ever. Non existence at all. No reply at emails. Wrong items sent. No one answers

I recently purchased the new chemical guys “New and Improved” pressure washer ……YEAAA RIGHT !!! What a terrible joke that thing was , not only was one of the two main and only connection points plastic but it from the jump wouldn’t stop leaking and then to top it off the water filter screen thingy broke so fast it was impressive how much time was not wasted on getting the customer to a huge decision ? A. Should I buy or order another part for this questionable product or should I just send it back , me I chose to order this new piece but while waiting I said F it and sent that pos right back where it came from. Moral to the story do not buy chem guys pressure washer there I said it I’m out . Bottom line why on gods green earth would ever think to make the garden hose quick connect PLASTIC who’s super bright idea was that because it’s one of two things either you guys wanted or planned on people breaking them a lot and having to ship out tons of filters to get paid so basically a scam or somebody really thought that was a good idea in which case I will never buy or trust chem guys enough to buy something of that price again until I either gain the faith I once had in them or just will go without straight up I can’t wrap my mind around the designer who put a piece of plastic in place of a piece of brass to withstand that kind of a workload I mean I almost feel like it was a joke from the beginning but I’m not sure at all so steer clear of chem guys pressure washers until much improvement is made .

I bought the Chemical Guys for my bumpers, etc on my jeep and husbands truck. I applied it early in the day, but last night it rained. Every bit of it washed off. It is now back to the faded dull look. Not happy at all with this product. The Dollar General products are actually better.

I'm UK based and surprised to see CG's Trust pilot score so low, reading through the comments it seems to be partly down to store service over the product themselves.

In my opinion CG's products are extremely good and well thought out for the hobbyist & professional. Personally I love their range of air fresheners and they do a 5050 wax which is a traditional Carnauba wax, it is almost as good as SvissWax Onyx which is £60 per 100ml and CG's 5050 is £65 for 400ml, you can apply it in so many different weather conditions and it just makes the vehicle look amazing.

Their buffing/polishing machine pads are good and not badly priced, Hydocharge is a great hybrid ceramic wax coating, super easy to apply and instant hydrophobic properties to paintwork.

While the current score doesn't speak well of Chemical Guy's I wouldn't be put off buying their products maybe just avoid the outlets?

Not happy at all as I bought a $180 dollar polisher. I used it once for like one panel and was very unsatisfied with it. I called and spoke with a gentleman and he said he’d hook me up with a discount on a polisher that I would be satisfied with.. I get an email 3 weeks later saying they won’t do anything about it.. I put all my trust in these guys and I was let down and out of $180 dollars… lost a good customer… sad

These “guys” do not answer any of their “contact us” emails no matter how many cases you might open! I’m a very reasonable person but they are pathetic! Products are fairly good but service is terrible. Looking for other brand products now as I see no sense in lining a company’s pockets only to get bad service!

I love the product I had a car that has set for 5 years in a wooded area used this and all the algae and black mold came right off!! Thanks guys

This product is not worth the money spent on it.

Ordered several products. Only received some. Some did not come in box. No explanation from chemical guys by email or by any means. I was charged for ALL the products ordered.
I will not order from CG again.
Packing slip in box did NOT show what all I ordered.

I purchased the "Leather Cleaner pH Balanced Superior Cleaner" by Chemical Guys. It's terrible!! I followed the directions and it lifted NOTHING out of my obviously dirty leather piece. Then I sprayed directly onto the leather piece and waited a minute or two to see if that would be effective and still - nothing! To be sure, I used another leather cleaner I had on hand that I use for cleaning my horse saddle. I used it side-by-side with the Chemical Guy solution and in comparison my saddle cleaner lifted alot of dirt off ... and with no effort! So, now I know for sure that Chemical Guys leather cleaner is a brand that misleads consumers and I'll nevwr buy they're product again. Wish I could leave a picture of my cleaning test to show the evidence to other potential customers before they waste their time, money and effort as I did. I want my money back!!

REVIEW FOR CHEMICAL GUYS DECON IRON REMOVER.
Used on automobiles, primarily for removing metal particles in the finish and wheels.
I purchased this product directly from vendor. Applied it 4 times to one wheel using the instructions they provided on the label. The product removed about half of the metal contaminents. I did not plan on using up 4 hours of my day to clean my wheels. I do not recommend this product, and I will try a competing product the next time. BTW: There is an Asian guy on YouTube hawking this product. Problem for his review is that the tires and wheels look brand new. So he's really shooting fish in a barrel. I would like to see a review of this product using really neglected wheels. Once again: not recommended.

The products are too strong. Their all purpose cleaner ruined the plastic gauge cluster on my Honda Fit. I have to get it replaced now

Horrible customer service. Or should I saw NO customer service. They don’t answer inquiries. I emailed them about 3 weeks ago now, sent a follow up about a week and a half ago, and yet another yesterday. Unbelievable that I even had to send a follow up to begin with when I’m trying to buy a large number of their products but just need help with something, let alone 2 follow-ups now?!?! So beyond frustrating it’s ridiculous. At this point I’m assuming I’ll just never hear back from them at all. Despicable.

I wish I would have known about the customer service as I was STRUGGLING to maneuver the chaotic website. UNBELIEVABLE if I didn’t want to lose my first time 20% discount I would have just given up. You can’t get back to shopping to add to your order, they apply delivery charges or free on amount AFTER your discount, so I tried to go back to order more, an hour later and much frustration I finally put my order in. I now fear all the horror stories I read about the customer service and the complaints already filed against them. I guess if you want their products easily you should just go to Walmart. No one should have to work as hard as I did to do business with them.

I love their products, but the company seems like it's run by a bunch of stoners. Try calling on the phone. If you call the main number, you get a recording of what sound like a 14-year-old girl saying "Thank you for calling Smart Ink." What is Smart Ink? You think you misdialed. If you do get through, you will probably be connected to another person who sounds about 14 years old. Talk to them for a few minutes and you will think they are either stoned or have a very low IQ. You will hear things like "Huh?" or "Dude, I dunno." There is all kinds of misinformation on their website, i.e., hours. The website says they are open until six, but I get the "smart ink" recording. So I call another store and I complain that they are supposed to be open. The guy chuckles and says "Oh they turn off their phones couple hours early sometimes. Dude, you could call back on Monday. Ha ha." If you EVER complain about customer service, they will flat out tell you to go F**** yourself. This kind of cavalier, laissez-faire attitude permeates the entire culture of the company. If you can buy their products without dealing directly with them—do so. Otherwise, I'd avoid this company like the plague!

the non sense cleaner is very good, but the brushes are not quite professional

Their produce is no better than the product you can get at a retail store. I purchased about 8 of their products as I am trying to remove scratches/swirls from my vehicle but I wanted a mirror finish. All of the products that I purchased leaves ghost trails or holograms. Even their 38 which is suppose to eliminate this problem only reduces the ghost trails. On a dark vehicle and in sunlight you can see all of the polish areas.
