Just worked the weekend following Chemical Guys recommended 4 process Prep and paint protection on my BMW.
Started with V38 compound, then Ez Creme Glaze, then JetSeal Sealant, final Pete’s 53 Top Wax.
All of the Black Highlights look brand new and the Peal While is Deeper Shine than ever before with Pearl Visible again.
A lot of work but highly recommend this process to renew your paint clarity and shine.

Tried their Diablo wheel cleaner. Not one bit of grime came off the wheels and you could see that there wasn't any in the water during the rinse. I followed their instructions to a T and there is zero result. Makes me not want to try any of their other products.

I used interior spray and it peeled my dash. Emailed the chemical guys and they dismissed me saying my 2016 Kia is old and has wear and tear and I said it wasnt peeling prior to using this product. Then he asked if I applied it with a brush?? I said I used a microfibre cloth. and blamed me

Have tried to contact them by their NZ web site and phoned and left messages but no replies, trying to purchase polishing machine, cleaning and polishing accessories but they dont seam to wont the business, can't understand how they survive without customers.

Terrible company. Not only did they run my local detail garage out of business by monopolizing and selling out to the likes of Walmart and Amazon they don’t have consumers backs. I’ve spent thousands on their products over the years on my detailing side of my company but not anymore. I had a Pro Flow Pressure Washer purchased for me and from Day 1 it was a POS. It leaked a ton of water from the bottom from the first time I set it up, from there I lost pressure when pressure washing a few times after with the water getting everywhere. I said the hell with this and got up with the customer service department. They were no help at all even within the one year warranty with my PROOF of receipt. I have a defected product and you can’t stand behind your product enough to not send me money but the same freaking piece of crap machine, hell no I will be selling off all of my chemical guys products and will bad talk them until I die. Off to bigger and better things! You’re messed with the wrong marine CG, this is like the 5th or 6th review I’ve left and I will not stop!

I followed up with a certain headlight restoration specialist Concerning the use of the Chemical Guy's Headlight Restorer compound, only to come to the conclusion that it is not as good as it was described. It left a hazy film in which i had to purchase the 3M finesse- it compound to achieve the clarity that I was looking for. Can you Chemical Guy's explain the procedure that you'all use to bring the luster out of Oxidized, Hazy lenses?
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Terrible customer service and they won’t make it right. I ordered a large shipment containing 5 gallons of various cleaners. They shipped it in two boxes. One box made it, the other was damaged to the point of being undeliverable so fedex canceled delivery on it. I emailed first thing and then called on next business day, they said they would process the damage claim and takes 24-48hrs. I called back 72hrs later and answering machine says they are closed and to call back during business hours of which it currently was business hours. I email again, no response. I call the next day and they tell me it is processing, can’t tell me what processing means, but should be tomorrow, and they refuse to ship out replacement product. Next day comes and goes, with no response. It has been 2 weeks since I ordered this and 9 days since I contacted them that it was damaged and they refuse to do anything. Meanwhile they have my money and I don’t have my product. Never again, buyer beware!

I can’t even tell you about the products because I didn’t get to purchase them. Why? Because their website wouldn’t validate my home address. Called customer service hoping to find a solution and they basically said there’s nothing they can do. I can either ship it to another “valid” address or go through Amazon.

These people apparently have hired gang members of a incarcerated group of prisoners in their customer service department - at least that is the way they have made me feel numerous times. So, you might expect that I have taken all that I can from these guys. Bait and switch kings. They'll send you an email with product numbers and pricing. You try to purchase what they have sent in their email. Nope. No longer available. Goodbye! Really? That's it. No effort at all to help the customer. Chemical guys should be "BaitandSwitch Guys" is a better description of what they do.

I just want to tell you about my customer service experience with Chemical Guys. I ordered a part on Saturday it hasn't shipped out yet and I haven't received any emails regarding it. I called 3 times this morning and the phone rang and then just hung up on me. I called to cancel before it ships out. They will not cancel it before it ships and then will charge a 15% restocking fee to return it. How can a company of this size not have the capability to cancel an order before it ships? They will not escalate to a manager. Just a poor way of doing business and a 15% money grab on their part to customers who already pay their salary.

The bottles that did arrive, have the seals already off, and leaking. The polisher clearly has a short in the wire as it cuts in and out. The other half of the order has been out for delivery since the 16th of October, it is now the 19th clearly the package is lost. Chemical guys wont do anything about it until 5 business days. Glad I purchased with a credit card, easy dispute resolution too this bs.

Buffer quit working after less than an hour. Called customer service, they directed me to the manual for troubleshooting. I indicated I did everything it said but buffer won’t start. They said they’d get back to me either that day or within 2 days. Never heard anything. Called back asked for instructions on how to replace brushes. Said they emailed them to me. Never did. I figured out how to change brushes and it now runs. Customer service is horrible and no reason the brushes had to be replaced that soon. Seems like a quality product whose distribution has grown tremendously. My advice don’t forget where you started and take care of your customers.

Company is out of touch in the realm of e-commerce. Got an item and it didn’t fit my existing hardware. I completely understand not accepting returns on soap, wax or applicators. But hardware, like clothing, can have fitment issues and can be a hit or miss purchasing online. They refused to accept my item as RMA even though the item was unused and wasn’t taken out of the plastic wrapping. It was simply pulled from the box and I did a quick look over. I guess I could have lied and said it wasn’t removed from the box, but that’s not my style. Their customer service was quite arrogant in response. This was my first time purchasing from them and I bought quite a bit. Even ordered some of their products during Prime Day from Amazon. Which also came damaged. The soap I ordered came leaking all over the box. They left such a bad taste in my mouth, I just tossed their product in the trash. I don’t have time for garbage companies. Proceed with caution giving them your business. As you can see, I’m not the first and only to file this sort of review.

These chemical guys have one of the best products around the world and I use nothing else on my vehicles there is only one thing that they must improve in us there scented products there is a wide variety of them but they need to last longer Oh I almost forgot one of my favorites about these guys products they all smell so freaking good my mouth waters when I apply there products

I initially ordered the Barebones product from Amazon. The sprayer didn’t work on an $18 product. I reached out to Chemical Guys for help, crickets. So I’m protest I ordered a “heavy duty” sprayer from CG. It didn’t work. Crickets again. Never again will I purchase from CG

I bought a Torq 6 foam blaster from them and the thing is leaking like there's no tomorrow, container is empty after a minute of "blasting". Should have done better research. Outside of warranty so got the finger. Plenty of online videos show similar issues. Customer service took 11 days to reply.

I've been using Chemical Guys products for years and have liked everything I have purchased...until August 2023. I purchased two products (VRP and Nonsense Invinsible) and followed the directions precisely. These products were advertised to protect vinyl, rubber, plastic from UV damage. Unfortunately, the product ended up leaving a streaky finish days after using it after it had been parked in the lot at work in direct sunlight. I attempted to contact the company via email twice and didn't get a response, so I opted to call instead. The representative proceeded to tell me, after viewing the photos I took and sent, that these are water based products and would have that result when coming in contact with water (AKA rain...WHAT?!?!). If this is the case, then it should have been stated in their description, on the website, and on the video. She then told me I wouldn't be able to exchange the products because they do not accept returns of products that have been opened. I have decided to discontinue my dealings with this company. Quite unfortunate, since they could've avoided losing a customer and getting negative reviews, if they had offered a better solution to my problem.

Worst customer service ever. All I get is canned answers. Customer service no way wants to help the customer. I have one of there products and it's defective and all I get it's to bad. Never will buy from them again.

These products don't work for the most part. I had one product that worked as advertised. It was not bad. The other 5, simply awful. They don't work. The wheel cleaner left residue all over my rims. Customer service said "it's because you drive your car and it gets dirty" yes....yes I do drive my car. To the bank and to the store. Sometimes if traffic is light. I can get up to 40 mph in between our stop lights. Floor mat cleaner left my weathertech floor mats looking like mud flaps from a 4x4. Old and worn out looking. I don't know if they can be fixed with the chemicals used I believe they are ruined. Cramatic windshield cleaner is so bad in the heat or the cold. Anything under 60 degrees you see streaks. Anything over 75 degrees it's show virtually every swip of the paper towels. It's also leaves a NASTY build up on you windshield wipers. It will not come off so I think they are destroyed too. I just bought them. $40 poof...gone. weathertech floor mats ruined with chemical fade. $179 poof.. I don't know if the rims will buff out. They are black. So another $100 to the body shop. If they don't buff out. $1500. Guys please learn from my mistakes. This stuff is straight from China 1500% mark up. They sell the same stuff at every dollar store across the US. If try to contact customer service. They will try to set certain series of tasks and video productions over and over. The blame shift. Berate the customer. The do not stand behind the products. How can they it's straight from China. Money grab. All being said. Going back to Mothers. Terrible products. Terrible customer service. Stay away.

I have used Chemical guys for over 5 years and have experienced nothing but crappy manufactured chemicals. So many of my gallons have leaked and the cheaply made 8 oz bottles last about 2 months and either stop working or leak out. Contacted customer service and they are terrible and don't care if their crappy products leak. Do not buy from them. I will no longer be buying products from them. I will be buying from 3D detailing products.
