Purchased tire shine and also used for black trim on car.
Horrible product. As soon as it rains you end up with white streaks.
I will apply for a refund from Paypal.

I WAS INTERESTED IN MANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS, BUT STARTED WITH TWO OF THE AIR FRESHENERS. THEY SMELL AMAZING, BUT LINGER MAYBE A MINUTE BEFORE THERE'S NO TRACE OF THE SCENT.

I ordered 3 small air fresheners and I don’t know if they are on a budget and are minimizing product smell and efficiency but the air fresheners smelled terrible (new car smell, leather and signature scent). I’m very disappointed. Wont be ordering again.

Placed an order in April 2024 with Chemical Guys Canada. It is July 2024 and I have emailed numerous times to get an update on my order with no reply. I called their number and got someone on the phone who does not even work for Chemical Guys (???) but told me he would pass along my message. No reply. This is a scam. Do not order from Chemical Guys Canada!

Garbage company. Sent leaked items

I purchased thier Max Coat Wheel Guard product and really like the results on the wheels. My problem with it is the wax has separated, is a paste and liquid now. I tried to mix it back together without success. I emailed Chemical Guys with photos and questions about this issue and they have never responded. Chemical Guys just blew me off. Too bad, I do like the wax, but believe it's now a defective product.

Update 24 July 2024: Chemical Guys have responded. They have discontinued this product and to discard what I have remaining. It's no longer any good in the condition it's in. Guess I'm just out of luck.

Poor customer service. Spoke with Paul in regards to an order made overnight and was told that the orders are process by an outside party and that they could not help resolve the issue. I was told to purchase the items again at a higher price but that was the only solution available. Simple fix but they refused to help

This is a ghost company to say the least. Products are marketed everywhere but try and get a hold of someone in the company. Impossible. Stay away from companies, like this one, who avoid dealing with their customers! -BUYERS BEWARE-

Used jet seal on my matte black bike left white residue. Customer service sucks. No contact # have to leave message through site messenger and wait till they email you back. Want me to buy their alcohol wipes to remove it. Over priced and over rated. Never Again

Ordered products several weeks ago. Have not recieved anything. No one answers the phone at customer service and I get zero response to email and phone messages.

The worst product that was created by this guys nothing out if this world. Bad quality product the first and last that I will buy from this overpriced company product

BUYER be CAUTIOUS!!! S. Underwood coming to you from Paris, KY. I Ordered foam gun, short handle attachment for the foam gun, and a pressure washer from chemical guys last week (May of 2024). It got delivered today. Went to hook it up and the pressure washer and it just doesn’t work. Called customer service number to see if we could troubleshot it at first and then once that didn’t work I just asked to go ahead get a return label for the pressure washer and the attachments for it as well. It was at that time almost laughing that this gentleman informed me that none those items couldn’t be eligible for a return because they had technically been used and or opened ex. This is like $600 dollars worth of equipment. How are you suppose to check your items for issues especially mechanical equipment if you void your return policy with company by opening up the items you ordered. Do not Purchase from this Company. Horrible customer service. I’m in the process now of trying to dispute charges with my credit card company since they refused to send me a return label. I will Never purchase from this company again.

Ordered car wash soap from their website , products were showing in stock. After a week and no shipping, I follow up and now products are backordered. Was told a week. I wait a week, no product shipped.. Can't get in contact, they don't respond to email, voice message etc. Had to file a dispute with the credit card company to get my refund.. Contacted Chemical Guys in the US, they are no help. Avoid this scammer, buy Adams products instead ..

Bought a spray cannon for avowr $130. The jug went brittle in a few months. They have refused to replace it. There is no option to buy a replacment jug.
Poor product and poor service.

Products are great and well packaged. I have some stuff from Amazon I ordered But I’d never buy from be company again. I made 2 orders because I forgot to add something to the first order and they wouldn’t combine shipping and just refund my $5 dollars. Mind you I did all of this before the order was processed I made order in the middle of the night when they were closed and called as soon as they opened. So for that I give them 1 stars. Products might be great idk I’m sending them all back and ordering from Adam’s again. And Adam’s polishes will let you add to order as long as it’s not processed yet.

Return policy is awful

I bought the torqx random orbital polisher they claim was good for 6 inch pads, but when i used it, it wasnt powerful enough to keep the pad spinning if a little pressure is applied. And apparently you cant return a product if the package was open/used.

Used the citrus wash and gloss a few times and on the 4th wash it ruined my clear coat in 2 places. I contacted chemical guys to see if there was something I did wrong and if there was anything we could do. They completely ignored the problem. Highly recommend going with a different brand that cares about their customers.

I ordered some product a month ago & have not received it ! Still have not heard a word after 3 emails ! I think after seeing all the reviews , their customer service is lacking !

Incredibly bad service and lack of responsiveness. They put all the burden on the customer for their mistakes. Initially, and to their credit, I spoke with a representative and ordered a power washer and kit. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Two days later I simultaneously received two emails. The first one stated that the power washer was not in stock and they had no idea when it be back in and offered to allow me to cancel the kit . The other contradictory email was telling me the kit had been shipped. I called the next day when they were open for business hours, and they said I had to call back to request a label to return the item when the item arrived. The item arrived today and I called and the representative said they had not refunded my power washer and would not until they received the kit portion back. That power washer was out of stock and not shipped yet they have not refunded my money. I asked for a Fed Ex pick up and they refused. Stating I had to take it to the Fed Ex store which is 13 miles away. They would not accommodate for a Fed Ex pick up despite it being their mistake. I don't understand why a new customer ( or any customer for that matter) would be treated with such callous disregard. They need to increase their speed of refunds and have better controls over the returns.
