It's great to hear that Checkmyfile was able to help you with removing irrelevant information from your report. 

Most information ages off of your report automatically, but in instances where something goes wrong with this process (or for financial associates, which stay indefinitely until you dispute them), knowing your report is the first step towards getting things sorted.

While our Terms of Use state that our subscription payments are non-refundable, our team still aims to treat all refund requests fairly and on a case-by-case basis.

Issues with our subscription payments are rare, but when human or technical errors occur, we do our best to put things right as soon as possible.

While Checkmyfile doesn't offer a one-off payment option (at least not right now!) we do make it easy to cancel and reactivate your subscription as you need it.

That being said, we know that Checkmyfile isn't for everyone. We set ourselves apart by providing you with more detail than any other credit report - returning your data from all three credit reference agencies - and having our excellent Customer Service team and Dispute service available to you.

We're really on board with encouraging people to view and understand their credit report, whether that's through Checkmyfile, their statutory report, or a separate third-party service. The more we all know about our finances, the better placed we'll be to prevent fraud and grow our credit health together.

Thanks again for sharing. Our team is always monitoring customer feedback for ideas to make our service more convenient and accessible, so reviews like this are really valuable to us.

You've pinpointed exactly what it is we aim to do! By showing all three agencies' data in one place, your Checkmyfile report will let you see what each of your lenders reports to each agency. 

This shows you everything that might come up in a credit application, as well as giving you a great vantage point to detect and correct errors and discrepancies.
