It was a really easy website to navigate and use. To support our mortgage application, we used Checkmyfile and got a comprehensive report with supporting information. I must admit that their info graphics and report file was impressive. Top marks for credit checks!
The site is friendly to navigate and their user interface makes it easy to use. I subscribed and got my credit info report in minutes.

A detailed credit report - fast!
Getting a credit report was very straightforward and quick. I like the fact that the company gives you a free 7 day trial, recognising the fact that you may only require a one-off report - but giving you the chance to revive your subscription easily in the future. I would definitely use their service again.

After using checkmyfile recently I was able to see incorrect information from other credit agencies. I raised disputes with the credit agency and checkmyfile and I can confidently review the communication with checkmyfile was far superior and the website so much easier to navigate. My disputes resolved within 48hrs after expressing the urgency. Will only ever use this agency now thank you

I really didn’t know my file
I really didn’t know my file and what hidden things are messing my score but credit file’s insights were really good and I love the theme of their website but what could be better is the amount they charge month £14.99 is about much of it was 4.99 I would have kept going but regardless great to see I can always login once in a while and check my file throughly

CheckMyFile are simply amazing, I have had direct dealings with them twice now and both times they responded straight away to let me know they were dealing with my case.
They kept me up to date along the way until my enquiries were sorted out, I couldn’t ask for more.
The whole package and service they offer is truly amazing. 1000% worth the £14.99 a month, you logon and you can see your credit score, what credit cards, loans, mortgages and store cards you have applied for, if you have any CCJs, if other people are financially linked to you (if not wanted, they help you remove them from your credit file).
CheckMyFile truly are a great and a much needed service. They also offer so many other dives into your finances that I haven’t mentioned, it can be a real eye opener.

I found what I wanted.
I wanted to know about my debts & found this company they were very helpful all my details I needed to know about were on their site so it didn't take me long to find what I was looking for everything I wanted was there. So no trailing through web sites or down loading pages off the internet just 1 click & all the information I requested was right there. A very good site.

Red flag and very bad experience. They issued no communication that my free subscription had ended after the first month. They dont issue communication evey month when money is taken out of your account. I can see how they make revenue - avoid!
