I placed an order Three week’s ago
I have not received my order also no shipping information has been given no tracking number anything

Used them for years only ever lost one part of one order and it was resent within a couple of weeks. Funny thing was about 3 month later the original lost order turned up! Online support isn't bad. Delivery is slow but but it's coming from over sea so what do people expect.

Like many others here I have used Century Supplements for years but unfortunately the last few orders have resulting in my card details being stolen.

It's a shame as they used to be a reliable service. Now I can't trust them.

Avoid at all cost, they will take your money and not send you the products. 100% scammers

I've been using Century/Myhealth for years now and they are great.

I contact them and they are fast and courteous.

OK, I had to wait nearly 2 weeks(during the pandemic) for my order to arrive by free delivery the other side of the world, but that seems fair enough to me .

I don't know why some people are so down on them.

Ce site est de plus en plus cher, et quand vous commander, vous recevez votre commande par un paquet en 1 semaine, mais prélever de votre compte par contre.

Only half my order arrived and still waiting for the follow up order to arrive. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Buongiorno ho effettuato l acquisto dei n prodotto dopo essermi registrato e aver pagato dopo la operazione provo ad accedere e non c'è verso di entrare sul sito non ho mai ricevuto nessuna mail ne conferma ne di attivazione account in tanto i soldi li hanno presi subito.
Non riesco a mettermi in contatto con loro

Been using Century Supplents for years and never had a problem

I have used Century for many years now & never had a bad experience! Amazing products at amazing prices. This time I ordered on the mon 22nd and my delivery arrived on sat 27th! And that’s to the UK! Would never shop anywhere else & so grateful for this company. Never even had a package not arrive so never needed a resend! Ordered a few times in the pandemic and even that hasn’t affected my orders in any way from shipping to delivery so thank you so much to Century & keep up the hard work :-) x

I ordered and provided clear mailing address as it matched my billing address which they were easily able to collect payment. Order never came and they said it was my fault and the mailing address was wrong. Would not correct the issue. Also had 2 other charges to my card after that that were from other businesses to scam me. they sold my card information. Don't even do business with these folks. Bad news, Scammers.

I was a little worried after reading some of the recent reviews on here. I too have been a customer for a couple of years and hadn't received my order. Customer Service took a little while longer than normal to get back to me, but they did and resolved my issue. Maybe they are just a little busy? No concerns from me

I've ordered from CS for years without issues, until now. I made an order late december, and have not recieved my order, nor have they replied to any of my emails.

Expect to have your card details stolen after you order. Happened with 3 different debit cards last year. They also tried to access my email and banking accounts with the information I provided (password, mobile number, date of birth). Currently under investigation by police.

Been ordering for several years now.

Still waiting for my last 2 orders (nov+dec 2020).

Impossible to get in contact with customerservice.

Uppdate: 2 months later = no products.

Avoid this company, don´t order anything!

Have used them for last few years with no problems, but twice now this year my card details have been stolen and purchases have been made from the US and Canada, I've wised up now to my card fraud do not use...

Scam. Take your money and then ask for further info and still don’t release the order. Will not respond to refund requests. Avoid at all costs. Do not use these scam artists.
