3 months in total I have been waiting for my delivery, first one not delivered have to wait 10-15 business days same with the redelivery and then same with the re-redelivery, shocking!!!!

Spent £40+ and received something fake.
Been ordering from here since 2007 but this time I got different packaging, tablets all different shape/size and different markings and most importantly VERY different/not correct effects on me in fact lots of bad effects.
Emailed customer service and heard nothing back.
Can’t believe it so so disappointed.

This has been going on since May!?
Keep sending emails, they send a ticket response which you cannot follow as keeps coming back error.
All I want is my money back.

Order two products on line for 130£ and after 40 days I am still waiting for the shipment.

Wrote to the Customer Service but didn’t receive any support or feedback (after a first initial answer they disappeared).

Excellent company, been using on and off for few years. Never any issues, but I am a loyal customer... always get confirmation and dispatch emails. Items take approximately a week to deliver from overseas. Excellent value too! Not sure why people have had issues....it's up to you to keep your own details safe and protect yourself from fraud.

This is the second order in a row I've not received and I've been waiting for 4 weeks.
Please refund me, there is clearly and issue with the shipping.

Order placed on May 30 for €73, shipped according to their words on June 01 and after a month I have received nothing, no news, I contacted them on June 27 to let them know that I still have nothing received, on June 29, he replies that the order is lost, to confirm my address to them and that he sends it back, (it's easy to say that an order is lost when there is no follow-up )
I confirm my address to them on June 29
July 21 I send them a new message because I still have not received my order
on July 22, he asks me to confirm my address a second time, which I do
I'm waiting to know the next bogus excuse they're going to give me to justify their incompetence

You might have to wait a long time (up to one month even) to receive it. But it got through.

However, their website is very slow and unresponsive and they lack communication (I received only one bottle instead of 6). So many fronts they can improve on for better business.

Bonjour cela fait 5 commandes ,je n'est jamais reçu mes colis, pourtant ils sont bien prélever de mon compte des grosse somme car même , j'ai même envoyer des mails mais jamais de réponse , moi en tant comme client de longue date , très très déçu de se site .08/01/2024 , il vous trouve toujours des excuses grave.

Five years using this website to buy supplements and only had problem one time with one shipping, contacted them and they reshipped it without any problem, recommended

I have been a loyal client and that loyalty counted for nothing. Ordered a product for 130 pounds. It had not arrived after 4 weeks and i started to get in touch- mind you, that was a process in its own right, as no one wants to get back to you. After 7 emails, I got a reply they were sorry my product was lost and were sending me a replacement. That was on 24 May. Since then no comms, no response to polite emails, no response at all, period!.
So, the business model is based on sending you a product for long enough to convince you of their legitimacy so that one day they can blatantly steal.

If you want to part with your money and NOT get the product you paid for, please go shopping at Century. If you want a product for your money, I suggest you steer clear.

After many years using century supplements I've been more than happy. However, my recent order has not arrived. My initial enquiry was responded to but recent emails I've sent requesting a replacement product have not been answered. I hate writing this as I've been more than happy with previous orders.

Been using them for years! Legit and great products. Delivery can take a while but they always replace lost package for free. Highly recommended.

Ordered supplements and they never arrived and ignored my emails requesting for a refund. Defo are scammers
