Been using for years and never had a problem, deliveries can take a while, products always good quality.

Fraud? Did not receive package and they dont answer emails!!!

I have used this company for years but recently every time I have placed an order my card details have repeatedly been stolen and used for fraudulent purchases across Canada and the US and it has come from no other source. What a shame

Had a very bad experience with century supplements. Ordered and paid a product and never received it. I reminded them that it hasn't been delivered, just got a standard answer that I should tell them if I want my money back. I told them I still wanted the ordered product.After the fourth mail I told them I wanted my money back, since there has been no reaction.

Have been ordering stuff for a couple of years now without any problem. But my last order wich I ordered in okt 2019 hasn't arrived. Been in contact with them several times without receiving my money back or havnt seen any product. So unacceptable treating people like this. They steel youre money and that's not ok at all. So people bee avare this is a bad company taking youre money. You could just imagen how much money they have stolen from us all. The government please check them up.

In the past I have had brilliant experiences with century supplements but recently I have been appalled at their customer service. I have had 3 orders not received but have heard nothing in response. I want my money back or replacements sent, however I keep being ignored. Don’t order from them if you actually want your product or you want a refund cause you will never get it.

I love century supplements, they have great customer service, one of my packages didn't arrive and they quickly sent another out.
Only problem I have now is that I can't find their website, I've tried with and without a VPN. Says the host is not there.

Been a long time customer of century supplements, There was only one occasion where my package did not make it to me and they quickly rectified this and sent me out another free of charge. Can't believe others have ever had an issue with customer service as it's always been quick and professional for me.

Have ordered 4 or 5 times and have always received my orders within 2 weeks and the always flat pack in several envelopes so they are posted and never miss a delivery 👍.

Ordered countless times when orders don't arrive they always resend, always contactable by email, recently lots of my orders seem to ge missing warehouse staff need to up their game

J avais déjà commandé sans aucun soucis un peu long pour la livraison mais je recevais. La depuis un mois rien recut je demande ou en ai la commande il me dise de donner la preuve d achat ce que j ai fait 5 fois et il me redemande de nouveau la preuve

Ordered several times over the years, but my last order never arrived. Also, never received any response to my email sent 8 days ago. Very disappointed by the lack of communication and not having receiving my order.

I have have been waiting since the 27th of March for an order. It’s almost June.
When I didn’t receive my order they asked me to wait 30days and contact them again.
After one month I contacted them and they said they would re-issue another order. Since the first failed order I asked if they could send express even at my cost and they refused.
They advised then that it was sent again on the 2nd of May. It is now the 24th and I STILL have not received this.
When contacting me they asked me to wait a further 30 days!!!!

This is shocking and to be honest I am doubtful orders are being dispatched.

This is the worst service I EVER had.

Strongly do not advise to buy from them.

I've ordered from this company approx 5 times now. Deliveries to the the UK take around 3 weeks, which is fine; obviously interacting with a company in Canada from the UK is going to have long delivery times.

I once had a delivery that never arrived, on contacting Century they asked that I wait a little longer to see if it arrives - when it still didn't arrive they arranged to resend the products, which then turned up.

So overall they're a good company to deal with.

I find it ridiculous that a company that wants to sell you things will:
a) not allow you to browse products without first logging in
b) not allow you to create an account unless it's between a certain time
c) not allow you to create an account full stop because their "create an account between this arbitrary time frame" doesn't work anyway
d) not allow you to purchase anything without an account in the first place

I've taken my custom elsewhere because anything with such a contrived way to even SEE what products are offered is not worth my time.

I can't fault the initial customer service from Century as i have received email responses very quickly from them. However, very disappointingly, I have been able to register as a new customer and make a purchase. They told me (by email) that that there is a window between 10pm and 4am PST when new customers have registered. I am in the UK (GMT) so tried yesterday at 10.45am GMT - 2.45am PST. But was unable to - I just got the usual login screen and couldn't access anything else. I emailed them and was told to make sure I was trying on laptop rather than mobile - which I was. To clear my cache - which I had. And to try on another browser- which I also had. I asked if they had any other suggestions and have not had a reply yet.

I have got up early and tried to register again (following the same instructions) at 6.06am GMT - 10.05pm PST and am still unable to register.

Can't create an account. I'm very disappointed... I wanted to make some orders to Sweden but I can't even access the site. My friend recommended the site but I can't get into it. I contacted them for help but I haven't got the assistance I needed. I always have to wait very long to get an answer...
