I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. I had ordered a couple of Ted Baker products and first of all they had the best price out there!! I had ordered on a Sunday and the items came the Wednesday so shipping times are fantastic!! When I opened the boxes the cases were in perfect condition and were packed perfectly, can’t wait to use them when I go on holiday

Case Luggage has been very efficient with dealing with my return of the Roka bag because it was not the colour I expected. The driver from DPD came as expected to collect the returned parcel. I have a Farringdon in burgundy which is perfect for my needs. I may order another colour soon!

Order delivered within two days. The item was well packaged, and in perfect condition. Unfortunately the item was not suitable for me, but customer service was excellent. There was no endless waiting for a response to my telephone call, and the return was collected next day. This was processed and refunded within a couple of days. I will be more than happy to order from Case Luggage in the future.
