Great price for a Samsonite suitcase and delivered quickly.
DPD did initially deliver to the wrong address however using WhatsApp with the Luggage Superstore solved the problem very professionally and suitcase was located.

Terrible service … suitcase which I ordered took so long to arrive then when it was delivered it was stolen and they refused to do anything about it … now I am out of pocket of £215 with no suitcase and I travel in a weeks time… don’t waste your money here buy from the manufacturers them self…

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand how upsetting and frustrating this situation has been, especially with your upcoming travel plans.
We would like to clarify that your order was dispatched on time from our side, however unfortunately there was a delay in transit with the courier which affected the delivery time frame.
According to the courier’s tracking and delivery confirmation, the parcel was left in the safe place requested — behind the gates and out of sight from the general public. Under their delivery policy, this location is considered a valid safe place. Following their investigation, the courier concluded that the delivery was completed correctly.
We completely understand this is not the outcome you were hoping for, and we are very sorry for the frustration and inconvenience this has caused. We genuinely regret that your experience did not meet expectations and truly appreciate your feedback.

Just ordered 2 x Samsonite suitcases with them. One colour was reduced in a sale - happy days - but the other was full price. Same price as all of the other major retailers.
I hate paying full price for anything but reluctantly did as I couldn't find a discount code.
When my sale went through, I got a 10% off code for my next order.
Shy bairns get nowt and all that (geordie expression) so I rang their CS and after getting straight through and talking to a REAL human, I asked if I could apply the discount to the order that had just gone through.
Let's give it a go, she said. And hey presto, it worked! That's 10% back on my credit card and a very happy customer, to boot.
10/10. Would highly recommend.

Incorrect order sorted out quickly
I ordered a bag which came direct from the supplier, Rock. They sent the wrong colour, but Luggage Superstore sorted it out quickly and within a few days the incorrect bag was collected and the correct one delivered.

Great service, choice & experience
Looking for a holdall with wheels, I found a Joules-branded one on Luggage Superstore: better spec (bigger!) than the one on the actual Joules website and 20% less expensive, meaning even with next day delivery it was still cheaper! Arrived via DPD literally one day after LS reopened after their Christmas break - thank you!

Great service with quality product and good price .
I ordered my new Rock case on Saturday and rang luggage super store Monday to see if I could get it delivered Wednesday as I was going away. They were so helpful on the phone and did what they said they would do, which was call Rock. I got my case in time and I am delighted with it. Given that it is December , that quick. Also the price was so good. Would recommend and I would use again.

This information is clearly stated at the point of selecting an item, at time of placing an order within the checkout and is also shown on the order confirmations that are sent to customers. I am very sorry this may have been missed.
As it happens, I can confirm that your item will be delivered 2 days earlier than your confirmed, expected date of delivery and will be delivered to you on Tuesday 25th November. Again, I am sorry that you felt we let you down but would welcome your feedback on how we can improve estimated delivery times to ensure this is clearer to customers.

Placed an order for two American Tourister Jet Driver 2.0 4 Wheel Large Suitcase - 79cm in MAY 2025 and on the second use, one of the cases zip material ripped along the bottom of the case (about 6 inches long), luckily the zip still worked and I had to apply tape to secure
