Very good experience - Quick Shipment
Even though it was an internaitonal order, they were pretty quick to ship the product. I didn't have any issues with the shipment. Obviously, there was a custom payment but it is what I already knew and they inform about it during the order. I even called to get an update about the shipment and the lady I talked gave me all details as i needed. Thank you

Excellent Customer Service! I had a problem with my adding an item to my basket so used the live chat to reach out to the Customer Service Team for assistance. Within a minute I was communicating with a real person, Simiran, who was brilliant! My problem was immediately identified, which was an error on my part for not selecting the colour but Simiran remained on the chat with me until the purchase was completed to ensure I had no further issues, which I didn't.
It's unusual to have immediate access to a real person on live chat who resolves your issue there and then. I appreciate the ease of access and quality of support I received. Thanks again Simiran!

The bag arrived damaged and used
Missing labels, foil wrapping was not there. There were scratches and marks. I was sent a replacement but an item in this condition should have not been sold in the first place. Also I would expect a partial discount for the hassle. The replacement bag arrived in a pristine condition with labels, foil wrapping,no marks and sctratches and this os what you would expectwhen buying a new item.. Will not be using again.

I am missing an item in my order, I have emailed and phoned and have not been contacted.
The other case I did receive in my order came locked, I have not received a copy of code so I am unable to open it.

I also suggested checking inside the suitcase for the missing item, and if it’s not there, I will follow up on the matter.
